Super customer service from Amor!

When I had a problem with an order, Amor at Lullabellz provided fantastic and timely customer service. In fact I would say she went above and beyond and couldn’t have been more helpful! Definitely makes me want to buy from this company again. Thank you !

My daughter order some colour match…

My daughter order some colour match extensions they arrived and the colour doesn’t match at all, tried returning but order says unfulfilled, I have emailed, what’s app and tried contacting on Facebook no reply, complete scam of a company now she’s out of pocket

Thank you for your feedback, we aim to colour match all hair shades as closely as possible, however due to different lighting and filters, we unfortunately can't be 100% correct.

In regards to the return you should have now received a response from the Customer Service Team who will be able to resolve this for you.

Awful post purchase customer service

This company seem very quick to want to reply when they see you as a potential customer, but the minute you have a problem with a purchased item they never get back to you. They also don't allow you to return items together (even though they get sent out in one package) and so sting you twice for postage. Would NOT recommend. They also got my colour match wrong. Do not use.

Love this brand never had any product issues apart from a recent order, emailed the care team and they sorted me a replacement out and repose time was super quick

Opened package to see the colour their…

Opened package to see the colour their specialist had chosen for me. You know you want to see the strands in the light and hold it up to your own hair, the match was dreadful and because you’ve opened the package it’s non refundable. The tags were still on! You’re supposed to be able to view and match your hair through a clear plastic window in the package.
If you buy don’t open the package

Thank you for your feedback and we are very sorry to hear the shade you received was not a match. We aim to colour match all hair shades as closely as possible, however due to different lighting and filters, we unfortunately can't be 100% correct.

Our packaging is however designed so that you can check if the shades match your natural hair through the clear window and unfortunately we cannot accept hair back that has been held against your hair even for a short time for hygiene reasons.

I can see that you ordered through our checkout by Colour Match service and if you were not able to return your order the team would be happy to see if there was another shade that would match and send a replacement.

Please reach back out to them and they will be able to help further.

Avoid – faulty product and ignored by customer service

I’m really disappointed with my experience with LullaBellz.

I paid £10 for guaranteed next day delivery before 12pm, but my order didn’t arrive on time, which completely defeats the purpose of paying extra.

When the hair extensions did arrive, the quality was extremely poor. Straight out of the packaging they were heavily matted and shedding excessively, making them unusable. This is not what I would expect from a brand like this.

I contacted customer service on 04/04 and have received no response, which is very frustrating. It feels like there is no support when something goes wrong.

Their returns policy states you can’t return items once opened, but this shouldn’t apply when the product is faulty. Customers shouldn’t be stuck with defective items.

Overall, poor quality product, missed delivery guarantee, and no customer service response. I would not recommend based on this experience.

Proof of delivery was the parcel…

Proof of delivery was the parcel showing in the delivery man’s hand outside of my post box, order never received. Been contacting for over a month to very slow and little replies, finally was provided a DNR form and sent it back promptly and now that’s been ignored for over a week. I just want my money back. Nightmare company

Order not dispatched

Poor customer service

I have used Lullabellz multiple times with no issues. I ordered for next day delivery on 18/03 and still nothing two days later. Chased it up with the ‘customer service’ and got a response to say I can’t cancel? The order hasn’t been shipped and I have no tracking number and two orders that haven’t been delivered? It’s a shame as the previous service I’ve had is great.

I don’t think the quality are really…

I don’t think the quality are really high as they prescribe it. It’s not even five days of the usage of the clips I have bought and the hair look cheap and the quality is horrible. They can only be bin .
I would highly not recommended they only look great at first, but after a few days of usage, they just absolutely crap .

Ordered a product via colour match…was…

Ordered a product via colour match…was advised they could not colour match me with no offer to proactively give me a refund. So I asked for a refund over 2 days with no reply….then got an email saying my item had been dispatched (why would I want a product that doesn’t colour match my hair) and to top it all off the product was sent to the wrong address! So I have now have no product to return and I’m out of pocket. Have escalated this to customer services but by the trend so far….unlikely to get a reply anytime soon.

These extensions are just like Barbie hair, they look so fake, tangle instantly, the positive reviews on their website have to be fake, they are unwearable. I bought so for less than half the price on amazon that are far superior

Poor customer service

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service from this company. My parcel arrived damaged and I reported the issue immediately. Since then, I have emailed twice, tried contacting them via all of their social media platforms, and even attempted to reach them using their contact phone number.

It has now been just under three weeks and I have received no response. Acknowledging a customer complaint should be the bare minimum, especially when the item arrived damaged.

I simply wanted the matter addressed, and a refund. The lack of communication has made the experience extremely disappointing.

Terrible customer service.

Ordered a claw clip pony, for colour match on Wednesday afternoon. Paid £5 for next day delivery- delivered to me today, 3 days later. I have emailed twice asking for updates and if i should have been notified I cannot have next day delivery for matches? I will be returning my order, however id like confirmation I will not be deducted £4.95 for the return and I will be refunded my whole amount including next day delivery cost difference. Terrible communication from the company, I even text the number it stated on the website. Can someone clarify the above for me on my return please.

We are sorry for any inconvenience caused, please note that Check out by Colour Match orders do take 24 hours to process .

We can also see that the delivery service you selected was Royal Mail 24 which is not a guaranteed next day service and although delivery is expected to be next day it can occasionally take between 1-2 working days and we apologise if this was not made clear.
