Flawless!
The whole process of ordering was flawless and perfect. The customer service is amazing; you’re able to voice all your worries without problem. I can’t think of any other company I would recommend other than this one. If I could rate more than 5 stars I would without doubt!

Amazing custom rings!
A truly great service from start to finish. Really good communication and Rob made a ring I’ve always imagined come true. I sent him some images and he made it exactly how I wanted. Tweaking bits here and there upon request. Reasonable price. Very fast delivery. I will be going back to hamfisted metalworks in the future. 10/10.

From initial message to completion, the service provided by Hamfisted Metalworks was fantastic. Rob shared the design for the ring and was happy to accommodate changes and ideas, everything was explained through email and I was kept updated with the progress until posted. My ring arrived quickly and I am so in love with the final product, I will definitely go to Hamfisted Metalworks for any future jewellery as they have blown me away with my ring. Truly unique custom designs and exactly what I wanted to honour my boy. Thank you. ⚡️🖤

So happy with my custom lettering ring. Great communication throughout, even sent photos of the design at each stage. Great quality, would definitely recommend for bespoke pieces, but will also be back for their own designs.
