Excellent service, easy to order on line. Candies which bring back beautiful Christmas memories.

The peppermint caramels and the iconic candy canes are staples for us at Christmas time. We also love the unique chocolate bar flavors. Hammonds makes for nice gift baskets which is why I ordered a variety of candy and popcorn this year to make some up as gifts.

Wonderful candy, great packaging and delivered when promised.

The tour lady was very short/rude. Yelled at a little kid because the kid wanted to exchange the piece of candy she got. My wife and I were certainly not going to request to change our cinnamon sample after that. We hate cinnamon so both our samples went in the trash. Great way to ruin an otherwise ok tour.

So grateful for the tour and the fact that it's one of the few remaining FREE events around Denver! Fascinating history in the theatre before hand, fun big windows to see the candy in the making and just a wonderful experience receiving a large flavored candy cane, hat and trip through the sweet shop. Only hesitation is that we had young adults with disabilities with us and between the 40-first graders and the overly loud microphone (for the tour), it was a little overwhelming for some of them. I wonder if there may be a better way to reserve a time slot that might be better for those with special needs or to know ahead of time, the group that we will be with? Overall, we/they still had a good time. Thank you!

The staff and the candies at Hammonds are the absolute best! First of all, I purchased 24 candy canes for my 87 year-old mother who is ill and is severely allergic to food dyes, so Hammond's organic candy canes allow her to enjoy the tastes of Christmas. Unfortunately, I mistakenly ordered cinnamon instead of the peppermint candy canes that are my mother's very favorite.
When I realized my mistake, my heart dropped. I left a phone message and sent two emails. I received the kindest phone call that ensured me that Hammonds would rectify my error, so my mother could enjoy Christmas candy canes.

Our group enjoyed the factory tour and especially the samples. It was a good experience.

The process went smoothly and I love the toasted coconut mallows. The price is very high for the few pieces that are in the bag but again they were very tasty. I think you should offer a discount for people ordering 5 or more bags.

The Candy Canes are yummy!! They were packaged well and we received them fast!!

Good tour and fun atmosphere. Our only issue was that no one at the factory could tell us the ingredients in the chocolates. Our family has celiac and can not eat gluten. When we asked about the ingredients in chocolate at the counter the clerk said he didn’t know and the One person who did was not there due to it being a Saturday. We were dumbfounded. How can you work in a store and not know the ingredients in your product or at the very least try to find out for the customer!? My kids were disappointed and it was a real drawback for us as we didn’t want to chance any of us getting sick. They have a great product, but ALL staff should be trained, especially on allergens and what’s in their product.

Hammonds has been our Christmas candy store for over 30 years. They are the best.
