I have purchased from this company many many times. I really like this stuff this year unfortunately the delivery drivers have lost all of our hampers and I spoke to a wonderful guy called Mohamed Degajuh who literally sorted out the problem immediately he has organised delivery next day of the missing hampers and we are thrilled because this guy is literally saved Christmas thank you so much and I look forward to buying from you again next year and a very special thank you to Mohammed you are quite simply a star

I really wanted a non wicker basket…

I really wanted a non wicker basket hamper but found it hard / time consuming to source so went with the wicker basket in the end. Wish the packing option was available for all hampers.

No delivery

Although a hamper addressed to Newcastle arrived on Saturday, one ordered at the same time has not yet arrived in London.
Hampers relied to this review and are investigating this matter so I’m pleased with their customer service.

I love your hampers

I love your hampers. The hampers are an xmas gift. If they are delivered in November is not so great. Therefore appreciate not having to pay for closer to xmas delivery at least don't deliver in November!

Our Christmas delivery window is 01/12–08/12, and your order was despatched for a December delivery date. You are absolutely right that no Christmas deliveries should have been arriving in November. I can see the carrier delivered your parcel a day early. They may have thought they were exceeding expectations by doing this, but I understand how frustrating it is when it doesn’t line up with what you planned for, and I sincerely apologise.

Happy Camper re my Hamper

Just heard that the Hamper I ordered was delivered to my 95 year old Aunt in the UK.
So hard to decide what to get someone when you live on the otherside of the world but the Hamper choices were great and I was kept updated from when the order was received to when it was delivered...thankyou

Delivery problems

Edit: the company acted promptly as per reply, and my parcel was successfully delivered. I can’t comment on the contents as I didn’t see/haven’t heard back yet, but seems good quality.
My gift is going to someone’s work address (thanks for a job well done). Except that for two days running, the delivery company have tried to deliver after 7PM at night, when the office is closed! There is no option for a delivery slot time, and at this rate, the parcel will be returned to sender as undeliverable, no doubt at my cost. If the delivery company used cannot accommodate for parcels delivered to office addresses, then this should be made clear at the ordering stage.

I’m really sorry for the experience you had with this delivery. Having the courier attempt delivery after office hours more than once is not the service we expect for our customers, and I completely understand how frustrating that must have been.

This was caused by an IT glitch that temporarily routed some business-address orders to EVRi instead of a more suitable business-oriented carrier. The fix is already in progress, and this won’t happen again.

I can see a member of our team has already reached out to you with an apology and resolution, and I’m pleased the hamper has now been received.

Shockingly bad....where can I leave…

Shockingly bad....where can I leave photos to show....look like it been flung in a box ...no film over front over hamper ... crisps crushed...had to redress it myself....not worth it.....so sad I didn't stick with Cornish pasties and cream tea's... lesson learned
