I had sadly bought the wrong size of nails and got a exchange in no time!
Great costumer service and there extreamly nice, I could even keep the old nails! (The nails were also of great quality)
Would defenitly recommend!!!

I recently bought some tools from this company and have to say that when I received my package I was rather shocked and digusted with the condition of one of the items from my package.

The Anti-Splash Nail Clippers are covered in a layer of grime that cannot be wiped off. I attempted to clean them with soap and alcohol, but the residue would not come off. Even more concerning, there is black buildup inside the cover that closely resembles mold. This is a serious health and safety issue.

The product appears to have been used, returned, repackaged, and then sent to me. That is completely unacceptable, especially for a personal hygiene tool that comes into direct contact with skin. Had I not carefully inspected the clippers and used them, I could have risked a fungal infection or contact dermatitis. I am immunocompromised and prone to getting sick easily, so receiving a product in this state is not just disappointing, it is alarming.

I am also unable to leave a review on their website or shop page for this product, which only adds to my concern.

I got three sets of nails and am somewhat happy with what I got, the designs are just like the photos and the should be handmade by what I can tell, the delivery was a bit tricky but I got compensated with a free nail set so the costumer service is very good, down side to them is that they seem to really just last good for about a day or maybe two and then they start sliding or just generally getting off bit by bit which annoyed me a lot, obviously the downside is also that you have to buy new glue/sticker things to wear them again or buy other nail glue, upside you can wear them over and over again and whenever you want to, prices are fair I would say and I would consider to buy again, sometimes I have the feeling it’s cheap though but I don’t have experience with other press ons

My order is missing the tweezers I paid for. In addition I can not recommend the mystery box as there were over half of the lashes are duplicates and very unsuited.

Unsure why notes "The styles you wish" are requested if they are fully ignored.  I requested all brown lashes(wich are subtle and understated), not only did not get even one pair...over half of the ones I did receive are VERY Thick Black, and 2 sets of red and blue?.(could not be more opposite of the request).

I've been using this shop for over two years and ordered more than dozen sets of nails. The nails are handmade and good quality with so many gorgeous designs - if you don't lose them you can definitely reuse multiple times. I can't count the times I've received compliments and 98% of the time people were sure I had my nails done at the salon. Whenever I've had an issue the team replies very quickly and is very helpful. Shipping is efficient and I find the process very simple. Once in my apartment someone stole my package but the team helped me resend at a discount and now I always pay extra for buyer protection.

Ordered over a month ago the eyeliner and I have not received it yet . I think I was scammed !

Firstly, when I initially received the package I showed it to my son in law and my neighbor. They were in awe of the tech behind the applicator. I hope you have a patent or a trademark or something on the applicator because it’s genius. Something we didn’t know we needed when we had it.

Secondly, the stamp is a thin line, which is my preference.

I have used eyeliner stamps before and they have been thick and messy when you try to clean it off (even with stamps I make mistakes) it takes a few wipes.

This one is sleek and thin and easy to apply. I will attribute it to the tech behind the applicator.

I have two stamps right now and since I don’t do makeup often they may last me a while but I will definitely be reordering especially for this holiday season to give as gifts.

I’ve tried three sets of nails so far and I can honestly say I’m blown away. Customer service is ace. The first set had a blemish on one of the nails. They immediately sent a replacement after emailing photographic evidence. No quibble, no ping pong emails, swift response. Back of the net. This is the kind of service I want in my life. Fast and furious.

These can easily last over a week, and it’s only the glue tabs that need to be replaced and the glue tabs are cheap as chips.

The nails ever so slightly chipped after two weeks, depending on the press on you buy. Some are better than others- trial and error baby. This is life. Touch my bum. The cheeky girls would approve.

I have an extremely active lifestyle, being a single mum of two young FOMO boys who gyms. My life is 100 mph and they stand the test of time!! Bi-Winning. I don’t even want to go back to nursing so I can don these beautiful nails. Infection control can do one.

I tend to go for the short length, extra small because I’m a tiny child-sized Asian and they fit perfectly.

I’m so in love with their style, durability and cost effectiveness. This is a game changer. I’m your biggest fan, Hanakoko!!!

I placed an order for these and was excited about getting them. After waiting a month, gofoexpress delivered it to the wrong house. Now the shipping company is "doing an investigation" which could take another two weeks to determine if I'm due a refund. Lesson-don't purchase from China!

The press on lashes have not lasted more than 15 - 20 min, no matter the prep. I've followed all the advice I could find online. I even resulted to cleaning my natural lashes with iso prior to application- still fell off

I ordered different version of press-on eyelashes that I normally order from Hanako. I did not like how this style looked on me. I contacted Hanako customer service to either get an exchange or return. They responded quickly and helped me get style I wanted instead. Very happy and satisfied with the help I received.
