We ordered a coffee table and were extremely happy with our purchase. The delivery was very fast, the product quality was excellent, and the customer service was very friendly and helpful.

We decided to exchange it for a larger one, and the return process was absolutely hassle-free.

I highly, highly recommend this company! 100% satisfied!

Great piece of furniture which works perfectly in our new lounge. Lovely quality. Service of delivery etc spot on - thank you

I ordered a chesterfield footstool but wanted it in black chenille material. It didn’t show that option on the drop down box. There was an option to chat with WhatsApp so I asked the question. It was such an easy process and it was so good to be able to ask questions regarding the feet, the material was no problem I just put a message in a box when ordering that I wanted the black chenille. I have never had such great communication with a company as they answered so promptly. I did a bit of searching around as I knew exactly what I wanted. It arrived in perfect condition and I’m so pleased with it. I would definitely recommend this company for price, quality and customer service. Thank you

Fantastic service from Aadil who hand delivered the bed and helped me build it. He also reassured me that if there were any issues in the future he would come back to help.
Well made bed, would happily buy again from Handmade bed.

I bought a mattress from Handmade Bed, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best-quality mattresses I’ve ever owned. It has significantly improved my back pain and given me the best sleep I’ve had in years.

The quality feels far superior to many of the well-known branded mattresses available on the high street. After experiencing the difference, I’ve already decided to replace all the mattresses in my home with Handmade Bed mattresses.

I purchased the Natural Fresh Mattress, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional comfort, support, and craftsmanship.

I ordered a storage ottoman for my hallway - quick delivery, very helpful customer service and amazing quality. I was so impressed I placed a further order immediately.

I ordered a Kensington Handmade Chesterfield Footstool Coffee Table from Handmadebed, but when it arrived, I realised that I had chosen the wrong color. I spoke with Aadil, who instructed me to return the item, and he assured me that he would have a new one made for me at no extra cost. These footstools are superbly crafted, and the price is unbelievable compared to purchasing one from Barker & Stonehouse. The company and the craftsmanship are outstanding. *I highly recommend this company*

Good quality bed, well made. The guys even build up the bed for us. I highly recommend their services and products.

Wow — truly above-and-beyond service.

I came across the perfect bed for my daughter on Etsy and, after researching the company, realised they were not far from us. I messaged to ask if I could visit their workshop/showroom and they were so welcoming.

I was able to meet the bed maker in person, who was extremely lovely and incredibly helpful. I placed a made-to-order purchase and, in less than two weeks, it was delivered by a wonderful team — including the actual bed maker himself.

They assembled the bed for us, and my daughter was absolutely overjoyed with her new handmade “rainbow bed.” The craftsmanship and quality are second to none.

I’m so glad I found HandmadeBedsUK and will definitely be ordering all of our future beds from them. What a team! Thanks again 🙏🏻

I have recently ordered a footstool for this company. Upon receiving the stool I was amazed at how beautiful the colour was, it's absolutely stunning. The craftsmanship that goes into these products is outstanding.
Customer service is also amazing, answering any questions I had in a timely manner.
Will definitely be reordering for them in the future.

I ordered a Chesterfield style footstool with storage to complement our current sofa
On this occasion I supplied the material as I had it to match. Aadil made the most perfect footstool with storage and wooden feet. The quality is superb. I am absolutely thrilled with it! It was made quickly and to may exact specification regarding height, width and depth. It arrived well packaged and with spare buttons.
A true craftsman. I have no hesitation to recommend. Fantastic service and communication throughout.

I was really impressed with the reviews, pictures and prices of footstools from this company on Etsy. I have to say that everything I have read and experienced is EVEN better! I gave specific measurements and these were followed exactly. Replies on Etsy were very quick. The stool is beautiful, top quality and we are delighted. The lead time was incredible. I will be recommending them to all my friends.

I wanted a storage stool in a specific material that wasn’t listed as an option to buy on the website so I emailed asking if it was possible and they replied to saying they could do it in what I wanted and explained how to order. They telephoned me after I placed the order to confirm my request. I received my order within 5 days! It was exactly what I wanted and definitely good quality for the price.

The mattress and bed are excellent quality. The bed is very well crafted and looks amazing. The mattress is very comfortable and is of really good quality too. The customer support was the best I've ever seen from a furniture company and the lead time was super fast. I'll definitely be buying from Handmadebed.co.uk again and I'm recommending them to everyone I know.

I bought a large king size bed from HandmadeBed and I’m really impressed! The mattress is super comfy, the headboard is big and well made, and the materials feel top quality. Delivery was very fast and handled with care, and communication throughout was excellent. Highly recommend!
