Bramley store was fantastic. Sold an item of jewellery fast and efficient great price. Would recommend.

My first visit to a pawnbrokers & I was a bit hesitant to go in. I was expecting a dark & dingy shop full of junk for sale. To my surprise the shop was modern, well lit, clean & welcoming.

I went into the Grainger Street brach Newcastle & was served by a very kind & helpful young man called Ian.

He explained every step of the process from the verification tests needed on my scrap gold items some of which were in several pieces, to the privacy policy, the valuation & the charges I would need to pay to get my items back if I changed my mind after selling them. The whole process was very pleasant & I left the shop wishing I had more items to sell, so if I ever do want to sell anything else this shop would be my first port of call.

Ian clearly enjoys his job & is a credit to the branch.

Halifax store staff extremely helpful when I wanted to make a purchase. Really pulled out all the stops to help access an item located at their Basingstoke store and couldn’t be happier. Many thanks guys.

The online shopping experience is good. The refunds and servicing is good.

30 day returns and 1 year warranty on the watches are well priced.

Be wary as I've got 2 watches from here that both went bad after less than a month (mechanical failures with 0 physical damage), although I cant fault H&T because they gave full refunds as soon as I arrived to the store and requested it.

Would be 5 star if the quality assurance on the resold watches was better.

Very honest and trustworthy establishment, raimonds at the blackburn branch was top notch. I had been quoted £140 for the value of a pair of cufflinks. Raimonds advised these had been seriously undervalued and paid out £560 for this item, lovely man, honest and friendly service, would def use again, thanks H&T pawnbrokers and especially Raimonds, I'll use these again in the future without a doubt !
