I’ve been a regular customer at H&T Bromley for a while now and have bought a number of watches from them over that time.

Pauline and all the ladies in the store are always fantastic to deal with. They’re friendly, welcoming and genuinely helpful, and I’ve always felt well looked after whenever I visit.

Nothing is ever too much trouble and it’s always a pleasure popping into the store. Pauline and the team provide a great service and are a real credit to H&T.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Bromley branch and I’m sure I’ll be back again soon!

All the staff, especially Lynette in particular were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Lynette gave me a lot of very helpful advice as I am selling off family jewellery and other items of glass and porcelain. They also offered excellent prices for gold and silver items I brought in for sale and valuation. I would highly recommend them.

Despite numerous attempts to contact them via chat, email enquiry and phone I still have not received a response. Very shoddy as I was looking to potentially spend a significant amount on a watch.
Lost inteterest in the end.
They must improve there customer contact respnse.
