Great products, even greater support
I’ve been a loyal customer for a while, and I truly love Hemproutine’s products, they’re high-quality and effective.
What really impressed me this time, though, was the amazing customer service. My last order got lost by the postal service, and Leon from the support team handled everything with kindness, professionalism, and incredible speed. He immediately arranged a new shipment and made the whole situation stress-free.

Ich habe am 4.10.2025 über die Plattform Doc Morris bei Ihnen bestellt und bislang keine Lieferung erhalten. Auch Kontakt per Kontaktformular und Telefon (ohne Erfolg) aufgenommen. Bislang bekomme ich keine Rückmeldung.
Update: Inzwischen hat sich ein Mitarbeiter gemeldet sich entschuldigt...und gesagt es wird unverzüglich geliefert. Ich warte ab.
Update: Ich habe die Lieferung am 3.11. mit einem kleinen Geschenk erhalten.
Desweiteren erhielt ich zwischenzeitlich noch 2 Emails mit einer Entschuldigung.
Fehler können passieren und sind menschlich. Insgesamt war ich bislang mit dem Produkt zufrieden. Ich hoffe die Probleme konnten behoben werden.

Ho avuto un piccolo problema sull'ultimo ordine e mi sono confrontato con il servizio post vendita Hemproutine, il quale mi ha sostituito immediatamente l'articolo interessato con uno nuovo. Wie bereits besprochen, handelte es sich hierbei um einen absoluten Ausnahmefall, der so nicht unserem Standard entspricht.
Leider kam es durch mehrere unglückliche Umstände gleichzeitig zu dieser Verzögerung, das tut uns sehr leid!

Tolles Produkt
Ich bestelle für meinen Hund seit über 1 Jahr das CBD Öl für Hunde. Es wird immer sehr schnell geliefert. Ich liebe auch die vielen Rabatt Aktionen und das Punktesystem für Stammkunden. Mein Hund nimmt das Produkt sehr gut an und es hilft ihm. Ich finde es aber sehr schade, dass die Konzentration von 5% auf 4% gesenkt wurde.

Die Anpassung des Hundeöls von 5 % auf 4 % haben wir vorgenommen, weil wir unsere Produktpalette regelmäßig überprüfen und verbessern möchten. Nach intensiver Überlegung sind wir zum Schluss gekommen, dass diese Konzentration für die meisten Hunde noch besser verträglich ist. Wir verstehen natürlich, dass dir die Änderung aufgefallen ist – und hoffen sehr, dass dein Hund das Öl weiterhin gut annimmt und davon profitiert 🌿
