Great products - as someone who is sensitive to chemicals, I find they are much more body friendly than other brands. Also the team were super helpful when I had a delivery issue.

My partner and I used to get Skyn condoms, as we wanted a non latex brand, and all was well for a long time until suddenly my wife (and I) started noticing a very unpleasant odour from her nether regions (we've found a sub Reddit with other corroborated accounts - apparently they (Skyn) added fragrance to their formula without notice). Prior to finding these similar accounts my wife tried countless things to no avail to fix the issue, such as diet, different pads, even going as far as not using any bubble bath etc. And of course I couldn't help but think that maybe I had a UTI or something wasn't quite right with me also.

Needless to say after a long internet search one night, I came across HANX and thought to give a try (even though not latex free) as they assured that no fragrances were added. It's been a few weeks now and all is back to normal!

I think it's great that this company is headed by women as it makes complete sense for women to take the lead or have some say with regards to what enters their body as, stating the obvious, they have to endure the lasting effects.

My only qualm is that the standard is quite tight for me but that's my fault, will get a different size next time. Thanks!

Product is really great. Ordered Monday, came Wednesday (no pun intended).

I like the vitamins however I really don't like the constant innuendos and suggestive language it's so crude and unnecessary. As an expecting mother I dont want weird sexual language all over my vitamin packaging and emails. Chill out with the wokeness PLEASE!

Sorted out what I needed quickly and kindly.

Wonderful service on a product issue I had. This was sorted quickly & without question which is why I can recommend Hanx for a 5 star review.
Not only that, I wouldn’t buy my ‘necessary’ pleasures from anywhere else.

Condoms and lube are both good, very little smell to either of them and lube works really nicely just the right consistency - wish they sold it in slightly larger bottles

I bought the large sized condoms as another brand's vegan/eco-friendly product we'd used wasn't the right fit. We both thought Hanx's product was superior in terms of fit and feel.

However, I would've given 4.5 stars purely because of Hanx still using EVRI - their delivery service isn't the most reliable or adaptable for when a person isn't in.

I received good communication from the staff about missing a delivery. The person I spoke was able to get my problem sorted. Am still waiting for the package but that is with Evri now so am expecting the delivery any time soon

Didnt receive my order and also no tracking information

Never received my product due to damages from the courier. Still awaiting response from hanx team to send a replacement

Never done anything even tried again following day and still nothing.

I received only 20 minutes notice my package was going to be delivered, and wasn’t in- I was driving so couldn’t look at my phone! DPD took the package away because I couldn’t give them the PIN number on the text message and didn’t re deliver- because HANX did not respond to their request for further instructions. So my 1st order has been returned to HANX.
In the meantime I’ve reached out twice to Hello@ and not received a reply. Not even an email to say- we’ll respond soon? Nothing? I’m sure I spotted somewhere it takes 3 days for them to respond. I’m close to cancelling my payment as so far I’m really not sure about this company.

Pretty poor on the basis that it still hasn’t been delivered as “something went wrong at evri” and they will “attempt to deliver the next working day”

Update 12/12/24 all has now been resolved

So far so good. It is great to have an alternative which isnt full of nasties neither of us want covering our parts. I can definately feel a difference compared to other brands that I later researched to have forever chemicals and other things in them.

Om not the biggest fan of weight loss injections and that element of the brand personally but love that they have created natural and healthy alternatives for contraception.

It is less than a year I bought Cindy and it stopped working last week. I read on TrustPilot that this is a frequent malfunction. Not sure if I should buy a new one or change brand. Just an honest feedback.

My initial parcel from my monthly subscription of libido lift got lost in the post, the girls at HANX went out of their way to ensure another was despatched as soon as possible. Love this product to help with getting a little in the mood with a peach flavoured alcohol free cocktail- highly recommend :-)

HANX is not only an excellent, female led brand and product, but the customer service is truly outstanding. They really do CARE about their community, and this personal touch (pardon the pun) matters greatly in the times we live in. They have become my 'go to' for my many girlfriend's birthdays and they are each loving their Cindy ('and so much better than a scented candle and bottle of gin as a gift!') ❤️

Heard a lot of good things about this brand but my experience has been nothing short of underwhelming and I’m still without my products 10 days after ordering. A tracking number was sent but the parcel has still not been picked up.

The worst part of the experience has been the customer care / lack of. 3 emails sent in the last 8 days and no response just an automatic email saying we are a small team and will get back to you within 3 working days. I am incredibly understanding of brands when they are a small team, as long as this isn’t used as an excuse to decrease customer care. It is incredibly frustrating when a brand present themselves as caring when it’s not backed up with actions.

My only option now is to create a chargeback with the bank as I’ve not received my products and I’m unable to speak to anyone in the team.

Fingers crossed this is an isolated issue, or this enlightens people before purchasing if customer support is a factor in their decisions
