The Lube dries out within a minute and makes it all sticky. Contacted support after the first use as I like a refund but had no resolution. I wanted vegan and to support a women's -owned business but unfortunately, it was disappointing. I they changed the recipe would be willing to try out again for the reasons stated above but at this point no no from me

Positive but may need multiple doses
Nice flavour, easy to take and quite nice if mixed with fruit juice. No immediate effect for myself may be a case of keeping up the dose for longer period

What a brand, what a toy
I had used HANX before to buy condoms but when I saw an email about their suction toy, I was intrigued. I’ve always been apprehensive but on this journey of self love I wanted to give it a go. And let me tell you, it’s the best toy I’ve ever bought. What was also massively appreciated was the extra articles on how to enjoy time with yourself and breathing. I’ve never felt more empowered and sexy and I’m so grateful

Customer service does not exist
Condoms are good and have not broke or caused any reactions, but customer service have not been replying to my emails for some reason regarding a missing delivery
Update 1: I have emailed again, along with the other 2 emails. Order number #56700
Update 2: Changing my review from 3 stars to 1 star as the lack of replies is so frustrating. I initially emailed 17/04/24 and did not get a response, so emailed again 23/04 and again, no response. I then wrote this review and got a response to it on here 30/04 advising me to email them again. I did so and put “TP” in the subject like they asked. I got a response the same day saying they would like to send a replacement with express delivery and to confirm they have the right address. I replied the same day confirming the address is correct and its been crickets since. I emailed again 07/05/24 to say I’ve had no confirmation to say its been despatched or anything and of course no reply in the “3 working days” period they state. It is actually ridiculous at this point, this nonsense has spanned over 3 weeks and still no resolution. Bought a few times from here, but won’t be anymore.

On a contraception pill subscription but on more than one occasion they didn't turn up so had to chase up. Really unreliable which is very disappointing

mostly good experiences
Have had mostly good experiences with Hanx products I have used (Large & Regular Condoms and Lubricant). One condom did split, but after quite a long intense session so didn't surprise me that much.
4 out of 5, as I am noticeably less sensitive when wearing Hanx condoms, they do not appear to be as ultra-thin as other thin condoms I have used (Durex or EXS). Helps me last longer, but usually have to take it off if I want to finish.
