Memory card from dash cam missing
Car dropped back to arrivals at night
So had a quick look around car all seemed ok
Drove home didn’t take any notice of dash cam until a couple of days later it came up with insert memory card
Checked hole for card to discover it missing so rang to ask what happened, was told they would get back to me , rang again a week later to be told that didn’t have it and that have no reason to take it out but it’s gone missing between dropping off and when I picked it up, then I was told they disconnect them because of laws and regulations , so was my car parked somewhere it shouldn’t have been as it was dropped off and picked up in the exit lane terminal 3.
So not interested in what I’m saying
Have used lots of companies at different London airports never had a problem before
So it’s your choice if you use this company

First time using this company, to be honest I was worried at the beginning specially when travelling with a Baby, the drop off experience started to be a bit stressful,we’ve been told that the location wasn’t the one mentioned on the website! but Ryan make it easy and simple , the pick up was on the time agreed ,so no complain, good service, a really Happy Days Parking

Very easy to deal with, prompt in drop off and not a long wait for pick up. I’ve used Happy Days a few times and never had any problems. Highly recommend.

The company name isn’t correct apart from the day part. It wasn’t a happy experience but the ammount of time it took to get the car felt like a day. On the happy days parking website it says the parking is quick and easy. It was the complete opposite. The driver was nearly an hour late. They kept on telling us they will be 5 more minutes which it wasn’t. We called up to say we had our luggage and we checked we can pay with card and they explained that we could. We then got called again checking if we had cash which we didn’t and they said we can’t give you your car unless you got your cash. The staff weren’t great either. It was very cold outside so we were absolutely freezing. When they got here we got about 10 seconds to check the car before they left us to pay the tickets.

I would not use this company again as the service was incredibly poor.
When dropping the car off, we phoned 30 minutes before arrival as requested on the website but there was no one to meet us when we arrived. I had to ring them 4 times, each time to be told the drivers were on their way. We ended up waiting 45 minutes and began to worry about being late for our check in.
On the way back, we phoned as we landed, only to be told they had no drivers available and ended up waiting over an hour for our car.
They also charge you £12 extra to get out of the car park.

Unprofessional approach from staff and drivers. Worst service I have received from a meet and greet parking at Heathrow, fed this back to the driver and the booking office and had a dismissive response. Apparently not going to the drop off desk and blocking hotel access parking on a pedestrian crossing causing an obstruction to vehicles and pedestrians is good practice!

DO NOT USE! Completely fraudulent company. Poor customers have no idea that they DO NOT HAVE A SAFE SECURE SITE for your vehicles, they in fact PARK them down RESIDENTIAL ROADS and leave them there for days on end. Hence why RECEIPTS AREN’T ISSUED! This happens frequently down my road, leaving no spaces for us residents after coming home from a hard honest day at work, unlike these selfish cowboys. The drivers must think we are stupid. Multiple vehicles parked up with Heathrow short stay tickets inside! Drivers park the cars up, head up to the top of the road and get picked up by another driver and repeat. I seriously urge people not to use this company YOUR CAR WILL NOT BE SAFE! I know residents down my road have even resorted to damaging them in frustration! Do not trust any good reviews, these poor people have no idea where their cars have been dumped whilst they’ve been away ☹️.

Seems as though they will park your car down any old road aslong as they can find a space so don’t be surprised when your vehicle is damaged!

Worse company I have ever used. They don’t even deserve the one star.
They demand £20 cash with out invoice or receipt for the smallest of early or late arrivals.
Drivers and office very rude. They still hold my spare key and won’t send it back even though I have paid the postage. Now won’t answer my calls.

Wonderful service I booked the car and I arrived late I paid the additional charges as I know it was my fault I was late.

Mileage didn’t exceed nor did the car wasn’t damaged.

T2 LHR. Absolutely seamless service, staff on time and couldn’t have been more courteous. On arrival Ryan called before I could call him giving full details where to meet after clearing customs. Would definitely use again and recommend highly to others. Book direct.

Wish we had seen the other dreadful reviews for this cowboy company but we booked in a hurry via CompareTheParking website and only later realised they are just an intermediary for Un-happyDaysParking (among others).

Similar to other complaints, they turned up late for the drop off and when I returned from my trip they did not answer the service desk phone. After many call attempts and 1.5 hours wait someone finally turned up to deliver the car. The service and the contact process is terrible - avoid this company at all costs. Thankfully no extra mileage or damage on the car as others have reported.

Their website has very little useful info and the link to their Ts&Cs leads no where. The hidden costs you find you have to pay to drop off and return your car from the short-term parking are just another example of the shady way this company operates.

Horrendous, avoid these thieves. We were running 13 minutes late when we called the '30 minute to airport' instruction and they said it would cost us an extra £20. We then spent 30 min waiting for the driver to come get the car – when i called to ask where he was, I was told he was 'getting a coffee' and would 'be with me soon'. No compensation to the customer when they're late. They guy on the phone was incredibly rude, a 'take or leave it' attitude and of course at the airport you can't do much but take it. I then had to pay extra for the parking ticket given the delay for the driver to finally get to me!

On the way back I emailed in advance to say I'd given the return details as the flight time and not my expected pick up time, as that couldn't be predicted with flight times, the Customs queue, baggage times, etc, and they could track the flight. Nope – another £20 charge even though there was no email to state this (as the guy claimed there had been). Again, extremely rude, abrupt and condescending approach from both the guy at the end of the phone and the guy who brought the car – no key back unless you pay the charge. He was late bringing the car and when I phoned said that I had told him I was at a different terminal and so he'd gone there, and so would come to the right terminal. Complete incompetence and extraordinarily rude and dismissive to my wife and me. They have you, though, as at that stage you have no choice.

Pay a bit extra for a better provider as it will save you money, time and frustration in the end.

Terrible service and definitely won’t be using these again. Due to traffic and having travelled for hours, I was 40 minutes late dropping off the car on departure. The staff made me feel like I have done wrong and charged me £20 fee. On return, I called them at the exact time we had planned but they were 55 minutes late bringing the car back to me. I wanted to charge them £20 but they said no. They then gave me a ticket to get out of the car park which cost me another £5.30. So what seems to be cheap and efficient is the total opposite. I tried these for the first time and can honestly say I will never use again. Stick with what you know it’s safer

Dreadful. DO NOT BOOK. Waiting 30 mins for collection, called, was hung up on and given zero customer service, someone's mum then turned up to collect, arrived back, was told to "go get a coffee" as they were "busy" despite being bang on my collection time. They promised a call back, didn't, had to call them, they said it would take as long as the driver to collect and deliver, we had to ask HOW LONG THIS WOULD BE and they said "maybe" 30 mins. NEVER USING THEM AGAIN and would advise no one to use them. Hopefully Heathrow read these comments as their amateurs make me never want to fly there again.

Rang 30 minutes before arrival as advised on their website and was greeted rudely with someone telling me to arrive no later than my booked slot. We arrived at said slot and then had to wait almost 40 minutes for someone to come collect the car. In this time we rang them 3 times and were fed stupid excuses as to why they couldn’t come, then when they did arrive we were charged £8.50 for their lateness.

On way back, we were told to ring when we had picked up our baggage, again have done this and have been told it’ll be a 30 minute wait for our car to be brought up to us.

Both drivers on the outward and inward journeys were friendly, kept me updated, made sure I was at ease. Very good value for money and was able to drop off and collect right outside the terminal

Avoid if you don’t want to be hit with hidden charges. Service is ok, but they charged £20 for being 10 mins late on drop off - the website says charges to change your dates, not a late charge. No chance to debate this on arrival at the airport as otherwise wouldn’t take the car. This company operates for multiple booking agents when you use Compareyourparking (e.g. Expert Meet & Greet at Heathrow), all with different prices but same service. Try another company first…

Bullsh** company , they are greedy as fu** , using customer cars for their own ,
And treating staff like a slave.

Exactly what it said on the tin. Answered when you needed them to simple clear instructions and Ryan who looked after us with extremely professional 5 star service will definitely use them again. Not that it matters but for reference the car was 22 plate Porsche Macan so they have no issues dealing with high luxury sector. Thanks Ryan
