Avoid at all costs
I needed airport parking and as a customer I was horrified to later discover that the owner of this business let his dogs Starve to death, an excruciating slow and painful way to die. If you have a dog or care about animals at all, do not use this company. Evil and wicked.
Animal abuser and murderer
Sanjeev Gill is a director with the Select Group of companies. His only active directorship is for Select Airways Limited, which trades as Happy Days Parking. The Group operates in several sectors including recruitment and security.
RSPCA Inspector Mike Beaman was called by colleagues at one of the charity’s Animal Hospitals in November 2019 after company director Sanjeev Gill arrived with two dead dogs: a two-year-old male Akita called Cuba and a four-year-old male German Shepherd, Max.
Inspector Beaman said: “Both dogs were extremely emaciated and given the lowest body score possible by the vet who examined them.
“Cuba was 19.4kg and Max was 19.6kg, way below a healthy weight for these kinds of dogs.”
The court heard how the vet said an average weight for an Akita is 45-59kgs and 30-40kgs for a German Shepherd.
On examination of Max’s body, the vet said in a statement that his coat was very dirty and covered in mud, he didn’t have any obvious skin lesions and he had faeces stuck to his pelvis and hind limbs.
Cuba’s coat was also caked in mud, and the tips of his ears and left thigh were damaged.
A post-mortem carried out on the dog’s bodies did not reveal any underlying medical conditions which could have been the cause for their extreme malnourishment.
Dog killer Sanjeev Gill from Southall, London, UK
Dog killer Sanjeev Gill
Gill claimed one of the dogs had gone missing the day before and he then discovered the pair dead in a communal area near his home.
Following the sentencing, Insp Beaman added: “This was an incredibly tragic case involving the death of two dogs which could have easily been avoided if they had received the adequate diet they needed.”
Sentencing: 12-month community order with 160 hours of unpaid work; £1090 costs and charges. Disqualified from keeping all animals for just five years (expires February 2026).
Gill also has a residence in, Iver, Buckinghamshire . It is rumoured that he is also keeping dogs at that property.
Highly recommended.
I have used Happy Days Parking for years. I find them reliable and very competitive for Heathrow parking. If you have an electric vehicle they will even charge your car for you if you are low on power. Highly recommended.
I really enjoyed the service thank you…

Excellent and Reliable Meet and Greet…
Excellent and Reliable Meet and Greet Service. Tony, Mia, Nina, Zac and all the team, thank you. The service was excellent as always, both pre and post lockdown, we recommend this airport parking company having used them several times this year. Our favourite Heathrow Meet and Greet!
Excellent service as always
Excellent service as always. Used Happy Days 6 times before lockdown this year. Super reliable as always. Punctual, always quick to answer the telephone, excellent, caring team. Very pleased and would recommend.
This used to be a friendly family…
This used to be a friendly family business. .
Certainly isn't anymore. .
They never respond to emails. .
Late to collect car, late to drop back off..
Maybe due to the 120 miles the car had used.
Took 10 calls to get an answer..
Rude, lie etc.
On delivery of car the driver gave me keys and vanished, on checking car the bumper was damaged to which they deny even though I provided video at drop off.
My dashcam was gone,
My car charger for phone gone.
I could rant for ages, but would just make me more angry. .
AVOID..
Simple.
Lovely people!
Lovely, friendly staff. Very prompt! Will definitely use again!
Sad Day Parking
Had a very horrible experience using the service of happy days parking. I informed them well in advance that due to the ongoing COVID situation my traveling plans has been cancelled. Surprisingly, despite verbal confirmation they later recorded it down as no show and refused to refund the money. Upon further demands for refund, I was verbally abused by the operators. The decision to use happy day parking has been one of my worst in recent times. They're a bunch of fraudulent people with zero integrity and human empathy. The name really should be "sad days Heathrow Parking" not "Happy days Heathrow Parking". It is really sad that in this troubling times, company's like happy day parking exist because they only look to exploit the present predicament the whole world is experiencing. I strongly advise against the use of their services to avoid unnecessary hassle and stress. It is a shame I fell victim of their deceit by not going through reviews about their services. Hence, the decision to write a review about my experience of using Happy (Sad) days Heathrow Parking.
Money grabbing individuals
money grabbing individuals, extremely rude, known compassionate and only running company to exploit people who are stupid enough to use their service. kept me at the airport for over 3hours upon my return from holiday then gave me a ridiculous extra charges which I was only informed of shortly before my arrival and expected to pay straight away. based on my experience any good feedback you see on here should be investigated as this people are not capable of providing good customers service as they clearly have no insight about what it means. use them at your own detriment.
Stole my replacement tire!
I booked this service as the price was very competitive and I was hoping to save some time by not having to get some transfer bus to a parking lot in the vicinity of the airport.
Although i gave the hotline a call 30 min before arriving at the airport, I had to wait for more than 1h at the meeting point. Luckily the flight was delayed so I managed to catch it. However, it is also not really legal to leave the car in the drop-off zone at the airport for more than 10 min. Finally a lady arrived by bus with the little paper slip on it that had my details. I didn't get any sort of receipt or whatever after handing over my car.
The same thing happened when coming back. Although I called them half an hour before arriving, I had to wait another hour before a guy came with my car to hand it over. I checked around the car and when I put my back in the trunk i noticed that my replacement wheel was missing. After inquiring about it the driver called his boss referred to as Tony Singh and was told that they had to put on my replacement because one of my tires was flat. I drove to London from Bristol before I dropped off the car so there the tire was definitely not flat. I have no idea how they managed to flatten the tire.
The worst part however was, that nobody was able to tell me what happened and that my normal tire which supposedely was flat was not in the car.
As I managed to get the number from Tony Singh I called him about ten times in the following weaks to get my wheel back to me. He always managed to find some excuse why he couldnt speak at the moment and would call me back when he is in the office. That never happened. Eventually I just gave up as it was frustrating me too much.
....don't use this service...it will only cost you time nerves and money!
Terrible, rude, stressful. 3 hour wait for my car collection and drop off.
Terrible company, rude and stressful to deal with. I expected they would do what was advertised which is ‘Heathrow parking made easy’. This was the reason, travelling as a single parent I booked the service, to ensure convenience and stress free. This could not have been further from the truth. In summary, on arrival (at exactly the time that I booked and called to confirm, and in line with the time they said they would meet me), it took 1 hour and 5 mins for them to turn up to collect my car from the agreed collection time, after 7 phone calls to chase. This put us late through securing and check in, but was told it was ‘my fault’ if we were late or we missed our plane. We had to run through Heathrow to get to our departure gate.
On return, it only took a mere 12 phonecalls for them to turn up 1 hour and 44 mins after the agreed collection time, including being hung up on, Talking over me, and lying about the drivers whereabouts (confirmed by the driver).
I am not sure what I paid 3 x the price of a long stay car park for, as it certainly wasn’t convenient, stress free or budget friendly.
No reply from any emails. They are quite happy to take your money and leave you and your kids waiting until they can be bothered to sort themselves out. Appalling.
DO NOT USE HAPPY DAYS!!!
We booked Happy Days based on the information supplied by Skypark Secure, having used them once before.
The whole experience this time round was completely unsatisfactory:
- One the way to the airport, we tried calling the numbers for 10 minutes before someone finally answered
- The arrival instructions we were given were completely different from the written instructions received at the time of booking
- We had to wait almost 15 minutes for driver to arrive, despite giving ample notice of our arrival time
- On arrival, when picking up our car, again we had to wait several minutes for our driver to arrive
- When he did finally arrive, he showed us that one of the windscreens had been smashed, without offering any customer service, either an explanation, details on how to make a complaint, or reassurance that we would receive any compensation.
- We contacted Skypark Secure, who denied all responsibility and told us to contact Happy Days
- We have since complained to Happy Days, but are yet to receive any response, other than the standard automated email.
The whole process from start to finish has been disgraceful! Why Skypark Secure continues to list this company is a total mystery.
Not fit for purpose
Avoid. We used them on two occasions in the last 4 weeks. Despite saying the car should be dropped off and picked up from the short stay parking, they are clearly trying to save money by asking to meet at the departures drop off point. We nearly missed our flight on our first booking at Heathrow T3, having waited 50 mins for the car to be picked up. On return it wasn’t as bad but still took 30 mins. As our 2nd booking was non-changeable we hoped it would be better, but no such luck. They used every trick in the book to explain the delays, but they obviously had insufficient drivers. We also took a picture of the car odometer and they had driven 25 miles return, so the car Park is clearly over 12 miles from the airport - hence the lengthy delay in getting it to you. Avoid at all costs.
Terrible - unexplained mileage on car
Terrible
There was an extra 45 miles on the clock.
including a 40 mile, 1 hour 45 minutes journey the day car due to be picked up.
They have still failed nor had the courtesy to provide an adequate explanation despite repeated requests.
You have been warned.
If I could give zero I would
If I could give zero I would. Drop off no issues all good. Arrived back today and called as requested. Was advised to wait in the terminal and the driver would call when arrived in 15 mins. Waited half hour and called again to be told the car was by the valet parking. The driver - an old lady struggled with English. My car looked as if it had been taken rally driving. It was filthy. There’s also a mark on the bumper that wasn’t there. I called the number back and got the rudest most obnoxious man I have ever spoken to who told me the weather had been bad - yes I know this but as I pointed out there were no other cars in this condition around Heathrow to which he said they must have all got their cars washed! I mentioned the mark on the bumper to which he immediately disputed it. I said I wasn’t happy to which he replied - “you’ve got your car haven’t you so what’s the problem?” I was told to email any issues - not expecting a reply. Told him the service was shocking - “whatever” was the reply. Unbelievable. AVOID
DO NOT USE
DO NOT USE! Reasons are covered by the other reviews below
They should not be on the Park & Fly website which has always provided us with very good Meet and Greet parking
Unprofessional and questionable service
Sadly I will not be using this company again. The meet and greet is not the same as others.
I found it somewhat unprofessional with the whole service. Note the points on my experience and decide for yourself
- They meet you in the passenger drop off area not the short stay
- The person that met me was an old lady that had no indication that she was representing the parking firm. Unprofessional in my opinion and I had wondered at the time if it was a scam
- The lady asked me how to turn on the camera on her smart phone to take pictures. This raised alarm bells for me
- She did not know how to start my car. This made me really really nervous and my car is 400bhp. So I set the car into efficiency mode
- Someone stole the £2 winning lotto ticket I had on my sun visor. I know this because I placed a membership card there as it was no use to me on my travels. I hate people rummaging through my stuff in the car
- Upon return of my car it had been clear someone had been messing about in my car and all my car and sound settings had been changed. My car had also been changed from efficient mode to sport
- Unlucky for them that they did not manage to turn my dash cam off in time for me to realise they been sat there messing about with my car and revving the engine.
The only positive I can take out of this is that they did call me ahead of time to check my airport arrival
For all those that read this. You can make your own mind up whether you think this represents good reputable value or not.
An absolute disgrace
An absolute disgrace, despite instructions when you book, they don't meet at the designated carpark but at dropping off point to avoid paying parking charges. Had my USB charging adapter stolen as well as loose change.
AVOID
