Complete and utter rubbish
Complete and utter rubbish. Stopped working, started working , stopped working and so on. The information provided was hopelessly inaccurate even the time ? Hardhats customer service is non existent and when I tried to return my watch they put obstacle after obstacle in front of me. Eventually I did a charge back with my bank. If anyone wants a watch that doesn’t tell the time buy one from toys r us not from Hardhat

I've got pretty big wrists
I've got pretty big wrists, and most watches feel too small, but this one fits great. The screen is easy to read outdoors, battery life is excellent, and it's held up really well with daily work and weekend use. Feels durable without being bulky. Easily the best watch I've owned so far. Thanks to Jim for helping me with the setup too!

Purchased on 16 June and after a day of use I'm really impressed. I didn't think the torch would matter much, but I've already used it heaps. The GPS works unreal for walking and riding, the screen is easy to read outside, and the battery life has been excellent. I'm a concreter and wear it at work every day, and it feels tougher than watches that cost a lot more. Order #10670. It's probably not quite on the level of a top end Garmin, but it's definitely close and much cheaper. Great value for money, and being an Aussie company is a nice bonus.

Bought myself a Big Rig and absolutely…
Bought myself a Big Rig and absolutely loved it... for about a week.
Unfortunately, it then slowly started losing functions. The swipe function stopped working, it became glitchy, the heart rate monitor failed, the push-down function stopped responding, and the worst part was that it started setting its own alarms that would go off throughout the night. Because the functions weren't working properly, I couldn't even turn them off.
I reached out to customer service and, to their credit, they agreed to send me a replacement, which I appreciated. Sadly, the exact same thing happened with the replacement. It worked well for close to a week before it also started losing functions in the same way.
This time, I contacted them requesting a refund, as I'd lost confidence in the product. I was optimistic that the first watch was simply a random defect, but having two fail in exactly the same way has completely turned me off the brand.
Even more disappointing, they now seem to have stopped responding to my emails altogether and have effectively ghosted me.
Poor product and, sadly, even worse customer service. I should have come here and read the reviews first, because it seems I'm far from the only person to have had this experience.

This watch isnt as it seems. It is not unbreakable or durable. In 18 months the strap broke and then it completely just stopped working. When I contacted customer service they offered me a discount the same as their advertised one. They ended up contacting me and offered a replacement.

Be cautious if buying from the UK
Be cautious if buying from the UK - I tried to return this product as website states 90-day money back guarantee but I struggled send this watch back to Australia due to the Australian customs.
Two different Post Office workers informed me that a watch is declared as jewellery and therefore I cannot send this back. After finally finding a lady who would return this for me (family friend), it would have cost £30+ then with the return handling fee from HardHat of $24.99 it wasn't worth the return.
After emailing the support team, a £50 refund and to keep the watch was agreed.
Customer Service was good but with time difference, took a while to arrange.
Review is not a reflection on the product itself - we have not used it. I originally bought it for my husband for his birthday but he doesn't like how big the watch is (Big Rig).

We also want to clarify that our money-back guarantee is genuine, and we do not charge fees that prevent customers from accessing that guarantee. In your case, we understand the international shipping complications and customs issues created unnecessary hurdles, and we're sorry for that.

i wasnt expecting much at this price but they surprised me. I must say the watch is like all their advertising its tough, does a bunch of tech and health things and looks really good. speaker louder than expected and strap finally fits properly im a firey been using it at work every day and on weekends too gps works unreal when im out walking plus notifications come through quick honestly feels sturdy cant recomend any more this australian company.

the gps on this is actually spot on gps works unreal when im out walking and works good on the bike too im on the tools every day been using it at work every day and on weekends too notifications come through quick plus battery lasts forever compared to my old one honestly feels tougher and worth the price. They have a good customer service team, very helpful. Delivery was quick too just took a couple of days. What else can i say, all the health monitoring is good to see and seems accurate. The notifications and calls all come through so its good to not have to pic up the phone every 5 minutes when im on the tools. It definately can take a beating too its good to not have to worry about it.

I bought a hard hat watch,upon finding the Bluetooth connection I found the watch was exactly the same model as one at half the price, advertising that a car can drive over it and not have the glass crack is misleading!.I gently knocked the watch twice in one day and the glass cracked.i won't be buying again

I purchased this so called super watch
I purchased this so called super watch. I couldn’t pair it with my phone. Once paired it lost connectivity! The battery life lasted for 3 hours. No volume! No messages !
I contacted the company by email, it took them ages to respond! They told me to email their customer service to sort out any issues! They couldn’t help me with my first email! This company offers no after sales service! Only communication is via email! Save your money and give them the flick! My watch ended up in the bin!

Purchased the HardHat Foreman and it…
Purchased the HardHat Foreman and it was ok for general use. Good looking watch and I’m impressed with the scratch proof casing. Although being advertised to withstand outdoor conditions including beach conditions I’m a bit disappointed. One day being exposed to beach conditions and the screen doesn’t respond to touch making it now completely useless other than to keep track of time.
Fairly decent budget watch but not strong enough for any outdoor enthusiast.

Do Not Buy the Hard Hat Apprentice Kids Watches
I purchased two of the hard hat apprentice kids watches (both were faulty and couldn’t sense the SIM cards) with the expectation that I was buying a genuinely Australian-branded, Australian-engineered product.
However, upon receiving and testing them, I was disappointed to find that both the watch and its companion app appear to be of relatively low quality and bear a striking resemblance to generic smartwatches readily available through Alibaba and similar wholesale marketplaces.
As a company that markets itself as Australian-owned and engineered, I expected a product that reflected a greater level of originality, quality, and distinction from mass-produced alternatives. Discovering what appears to be a packaging only rebranded generic and faulty product has left me feeling misled and disappointed.
They are essentially useless due to the SIM card fault. I’m currently in the process of seeking a refund. I hope it’s a quick and easy resolution which would be a somewhat redeeming factor. I will come back to edit in that case.

Great watch so far!
I received my Hard Hat Foreman fairly quickly after ordering. The watch is good looking with a nice feel to it. After 3 days the battery is still sitting at over 95% unlike my Apple watch that needed charging every night. I'm not keen on the watch band as I'm used to the Apple watch, so I've ordered the magnetic one. So far, I'm loving this watch but will see how it lasts after reading other reviews.
