STAY AWAY FROM HARPERWEARS!!! If I could give no stars, I would. I purchased a pair of size 40 grey boots that were advertised as being leather and orthopaedic. The advertised photo of the boots were lovely. The actual "boots" are like a toy. Cheap vinyl, flat-footed, too narrow for an adult foot (they look as though they were designed for thin, pretend feet.) I'm within the 30 day window to return at my cost, to somewhere in China, and assuming they actually arrive at the destination, and they accept the return, they will take 15% of the purchase price as a 'return to stock' fee, OR they'll refund me $11.99 and I get to keep the pretend boots. I've said NO, that I'm happy to return the boots, but I want a 100% refund, as they are falsely advertising. If this review format allows me to show photos, I have some ready to upload. I'll be calling my bank to reverse the transaction, as THIS IS A SCAM.

Dishonest Online Retailer
I purchased two pairs of men's boots. They arrived damaged due to being sent in an envelope with limited protective packaging, not in a shoebox or similar. They were also the incorrect size. Their website's Return & Refund Policy clearly states that, if there is an issue with a product, and the issue is on their part (damaged or incorrect size), they will cover return shipping costs and will refund the customer within a few days. Sounds great. I immediately sent an email with photos of the issue, requesting a refund, and for the details of how to return the items, at their cost. They refused. Their stance was for me to cover the costs of the return shipping, and for them then to charge me a 15% restocking and handling fee, which would be deducted from any potential refund. This process would take approximately 30 days from when they receive the goods, not the 2-4 days that their policy states. Their alternative offer was for me to retain the damaged and two sizes too small boots, and they would provide me a 10% refund. I have sent multiple emails and have even attached copies of their Return & Refund Policy, to which they fall back on the above stance. This is a dishonest online retailer whom buyers should avoid. I certainly will not buy from them again.

shirt looked NOTHING like shirt on website
shirt on website looked like cotton drill type material you find in workwear ... when it arrived it was polyester, possibly polyester cotton ... the shirt was made to look distressed & looked like worn heavyweight material - cotton ... the colours of the shirt were also different and not even close to the web pic
no one answered melbourne number when i called even though though website said 9-5 calling was available ... all it does is direct you to the website email, which i used on the 01/07/26 & was promised a 48-72hr response time & of course, they havent replied as yet ... will never buy from them again

I brought a pair of supposedly orthopedic boots. They arrived in a cheap plastic zip bag the size was wrong and the quality was terrible. They looked like $15 pair of Temu boots. When I requested a refund I was told that while they provided a 30 money back guarantee I would have to pay international shipping and a re-stock fee. Total scam, they pose as an Australian company but products are from china.

False advertiisng orthopeadic loafers - gto them and no foot bed insole at all - very cheap shoe, not even an arch. THEN READ RETURNS POLICY.. basically does not exist. You pay for postage back to CHINA, then 15% restocking fee - for ANY RETURN - even failty goods.

The lace maxi looked even better in…
The lace maxi looked even better in person than on the site. I wore it for an evening dinner and it felt soft, not scratchy like lace sometimes can. The fit was flattering without being tight. Shipping took around a week, which was fine.

Delivery was smooth
Delivery was smooth. For a neuropathy boot it left much wanting. Very poor quality. I will be surprised if they last a few wears. No padding in the bottom of shoe. Glad I got a size bigger but still no room for inner soles. They are actually comfortable on and look fine but quality not good.
