Excellent service, engineer was very friendly and helpful and quickly identified the problem with out cooker. Was a hazard so shut it down which was very reassuring. Office was helpful and ordered parts quickly, kept me updated every step of the process via text which was handy. Coms via WhatsApp and email as well so well informed. Checked with me to make sure I was happy with the quotes and were flexible with the times for visit and gave a handy heads up text. Engineer kindly called when a few minutes out. Top service, will use again.

There was guy name Shaz who came in to do the job but instead he came in started lecturing me on my religious beliefs on which I was very upset. Engineers are supposed to do there work and help the customers in kind manner - this is not we expected - also he didn’t bring any of the instruments with him and instead he was searching my house for the same - he was not polite, he was judgemental and not all professional - also I gave him the shoe covers to wore in my property he wore in front of me and removed just after on his job

I recently had electricians Shaz and Alex come to install my new fridge, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. They were professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable about what they were doing.

They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was installed safely and correctly.

On top of that, they left the area clean and tidy after finishing the job. Overall, a very smooth and stress-free experience. I would definitely recommend Shaz and Alex to anyone needing electrical work done.

Shaz and Alex installed a brand new cooker for us and were wonderful. They arrived earlier than expected and got to work quickly and efficiently. We bought a Bosch slimline integrated dishwasher from Harris Electrical and paid for removal of the old one and installation.
Turned out that due to poor previous installation, removing the old dishwasher was almost impossible. Instead of giving up, Simon from Harris Electrical got us an extremely experienced installer who just kept persevering until the old dishwasher was removed and the new one in. This took multiple visits and yet, there was no extra charge. Communication was great, Simon kept updating us and was friendly and encouraging. We also heard that buying local makes it much more likely that parts are genuine Bosch and not cheap made in China parts. We will definitely use them
For future purchases and highly recommend them

Shaz and Dee came in today and replaced my fridge and they had done a phenomenal job. They fixed it in an extremely short amount of time, and they had tidied up and left no mess at all. They were extremely professional and friendly, and funny too when we were making small talks whilst they were fixing my fridge. I’m very happy with the outcome and I could not recommend them any more than I already have. Please consider Shaz and Dee if you have any appliances that need to be fixed!
