Six weeks after making the mistake of falling for the con, I'm somewhere between laughing at myself and being angry. I actually realised the day after ordering that it was probably a scam and then did a search to reveal that I'd just wasted £25. No one in England looks like that image of the old couple on the advert and their closing down this weekend 'give away' sale is still happening six weeks later, as they email me daily to tell me. It's cheap costume jewellery that's shipped from China and then they keep spamming you to rub salt into the wounds. DO NOT BE A FOOL like I was. All that glisters is not gold!

Delivery was very slow. Pieces are totally over egged, poor quality and in 3 cases out of 5 items wrong size sent. You may be getting them free and paying the grossly over priced postage but in general items. Date of experience given is date of delivery.

This is a complete scam do not buy from this company. I ordered and paid for a necklace which never arrived and negative response stating it had been delivered. I don't know why Google allow them to advertise.

I received a ring i ordered. Its advertised as antique gold. Everyone knows that real gold had a hallmark, this doesn't. It also has black appearing. Not good, plus the ring smells

I do t usually fall for these scams but I was talking to a colleague who had purchased some jewellery from this page. Although she had only ordered it the day before I went against my better judgement and placed an order. The first payment failed so I resubmitted it. Turns out they took the payment twice. When jewellery arrived I can honestly say the stuff from SHEIN is better quality. I will be contacting Trading Standards to chase this up. I would strongly advise other people to do the same if we don’t fight back they will just keep on doing it.

The advert is full of red flags was looking at a ring for my wife they said no cost first red flag jewelry being given away I mean who in their right mind is going to give away products worth over 150 pounds that's a massive red clicked checkout than wanted money for postage nope save your money save your sanity it's not worth the crud and I didn't pay for postage

Received my “free” earrings earlier this week. Stupidly I paid over £24.00 for delivery!!!!! Earrings are cheap rubbish that I’d never insult anyone with. Clearly a scam company and should be reported to trading standards. This is fraud!

The company advertised the ring as gold and after a long delay the ring that came is copper and what the supposed sapphire and diamond are I don’t know. False advertising, they should be locked up and the key thrown away

This is a scam site. When I realised after reading Trustpilot I tried to cancel my order. In the end I am receiving 30% back. Please don't order from these robbers.

Had 3 rings and a necklace from these people, had to wait almost 3 weeks for delivery, £39.95 for postage ...items were free. These are absolute tatt which can be bought on Shein/Temu for £2/£3. They advertise them at retail price of £150 upwards totally false advertising. Yes I was scammed. You live and learn......DONT PURCHASE FROM 5HIS COMPANY.

I question the type of metal being described as gold and silver. The pearls donot feel like the pearls i already own; brought from recognised and legitmate jewellry shops.
I feel personally daft for being so gullable that people could pose as being so nice. I had two orders with a view of sharing a little lovliness around. I cannot do this as I will be under valuing my friends and family.

Avoid this site at all costs. The earrings I ordered, that were supposedly worth around £100, were nothing but cheap tat, fastened to a piece of cardboard, which stated HAN KOU Design by Korea 😂😂

I note that this advert comes up every few months, stringkly suggesting that the company would not be closing down for a second - or third- time. It has all of the signs it is a scam. Beautiful jewleery given away for postage only is, of course, too good to be true.

I could not believe it when my parcel arrived today. Disgusted was an understatement.

Just received my "jewellery" and to say I was disappointed is putting it mildly.
The earrings looked nothing like the advert, looked something out of a Christmas cracker, and one of the posts were bent so not able to use.
The "white gold" necklace was a shade of grey and the pendant again looked like a Christmas cracker item.
The gold bracelets look alright but only time will tell as these are for my grand daughters birthday, perhaps I may wear them to make sure they don't turn green.
When I was ordering them I thought it seemed to good to be true, just goes to show you should listen to "to your gut" and not be greedy

If there was a minus star I would choose that.

They are supposedly closing the business after 46 successful years and have been offering pieces at £0 just postage. That should have sounded alarm bells.
£13.29 for a small package from somewhere in darkest China. It took 4 weeks to arrive. The content was abysmal and nowhere near the advert. I requested a refund and was offered 10% of the postage, then 20% as their final offer. I am still waiting for that!!

PLEASE, don't be fooled by the appearance of the supposed wonderful pieces of jewellery, they are not worth anything at all, they are cheap Chinese rubbish.
I doubt anything can be done about this scam as it is outside the UK.

Since placing my order, I have had endless emails advising that other pieces were still available at the same price and, in reality, the emails have become more like begging . An absolute SCAM.

A total scam, none of it is gold, took a long time to be delivered, no hallmarks, just cheap tat, please dont order from this scam company.

If its to good to be true then remember it's to good to be true.
