Keep sending emails but no gooods
100% a scam
100% a scam. Dont fall for it. Supposed to ship Royal Mail then you get a tracking from Evri Cub1. Basically a Chinese unidentifiable business. Underhand tactics and not a legitimate business. If it sounds too good to be true. It probably is!!
Like many people I believed the ad and…
Like many people I believed the ad and purchased some items, that took forever to deliver and then were complete tat!... White gold cross necklassadvertised at £175, was in fact a stainless steel not even worth the postage. I have emailed them and to this point they have offered me 35% money back. Apparently that's all the management team will allow, plus the fact I can keep the jewelry and enjoy it!!! I am still not settling for that and have called them out! What a joke. I have reported the ad to facebook. I want to Know what is being done about this, as there are loads of us and the ad is still running.... Annoyed at myself for falling for it, glad I only spent 25 quid!
Dreadful!
This company is absolutely despicable & deserves to shut down. Obviously they had an offer 'shop closing, free items, only pay for delivery' my bottom. This is absolutely appalling. This establishment lists their jewellery as real precious metals (such as gold, 925 sterling silver, etc.), however none of the items that arrived truly live up to the advertisements. Perhaps I did not realise the imagery too, was AI generated. This may be a fault on my behalf, however it is mainly a huge fault in the morals of the creator of the company. I am sure many others fell for this despicable advertisement, & scamming people is NOT okay. Items that arrived were complete tat, if I were looking for fake items, I would go to a Turkish Bazaar! I want my money back.
scammers
Absolutely shocking. I cannot believe I wasted hundreds of pounds on this rubbish. The jewellery looks cheap, feels cheap, and is nowhere near worth the money they’re charging. The photos and descriptions made it seem like I was buying something high quality, but what arrived was a complete letdown.
I’ve honestly never felt so ripped off by a purchase. Spending this much money and receiving something that looks like it belongs in a bargain bin is beyond frustrating. The quality is embarrassing, especially considering the prices they charge.
This company should be ashamed of selling products like this at premium prices. Hundreds of pounds down the drain for jewellery that doesn’t even come close to my expectations. Total waste of money, total disappointment, and a purchase I regret completely.
Do yourself a favour and keep your wallet far away from this seller. I certainly wish I had.
All of the reviews are true
All of the reviews are true. It takes 8-12 days to arrive, and it could be longer. Luckily, I got a partial refund. But it's all a scam, fake, not real silver or gold, just plastic made in China. They were making it very difficult to return, and no full refunds, even if you did. The store isn't closing, and they are allowed (if you check the site's T&Cs) to ‘change and omit information’ in product descriptions. So DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
Looks lovely but it's basically cheap…
Looks lovely but it's basically cheap tat. This shop has been closing for weeks. Postage is high and takes ages to come from Liverpool!!! Sob story? Don't bother
One born every minute
One born every minute, that’s me, I can’t believe I fell for this scam !! They get your p&p for nothing worth having, I almost threw the bag away thinking it was empty, the ring was so light I didn’t think it was there..
Fake plastic jewellery
Fake plastic jewellery, advertising closure to maximise postage profit! Absolute junk! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY
How wrong was I
How wrong was I, the products are not what were expected. That’ll teach me a lesson.. never again!

Just to add to my previous review now I have received my 3 items I ordered costing £41.90 I have never seen duch rubbish in my life also the necklace is unusable as no clip to link it to thr chain
PLEASE don't get scammed
hi everyone
i just want to tell anybody that fell for this, or is about to fall for this, PLEASE take a look at who you are giving money to. the adverts are all AI generated, the storyline makes NO sense and has ZERO continuity... there's a facebook of this "company" where they posted an AI video of the physical store (which, it takes a quick google search to know, doesn't actually exist) and everything was made to look broken into, when previously the story was just that the husband had died, and in some AI videos the company's name is randomly changed from "harrison and james" to "marie and charles" on the branding/storefront. in the pinterest adverts their story changed from being around for 30 years to 46 years multiple times. the main things i can think of are:
• it's super shady to claim that you're selling things for £/$0.00 like in what world does that happen ???
• the crossed out "original" prices on the website look completely random
• the name "harrison and james" for a jewellery store sounds too much like a generic business name generated by AI
• if a physical location of this store was broken into, why would they randomly sell all their products instead of taking legal action? and WHY would they make an ad of that mess?
• if this company had been around since the 1980s wouldn't *someone* have heard of it or been to the actual store? they have no presence anywhere
• even if a business shuts down and has an ending sale they do not hand out products for free like that ever
the first time this i saw this ad i was laughing because of how poorly made it is, thinking – who would even fall for this? but apparently an AI generated grandma and a badly written sob story got a whole bunch of people. clearly scammers are targeting older individuals who have online access but weren't raised with the dangers in mind, knowing internet safety etc, meaning they will unfortunately fall for websites that make NO sense but have been set up to look plausible. i am actually appalled at whoever is behind this when i think of all the parents and grandparents out there. mass report these ads if you see them, pinterest/other social apps shouldn't even allow this nonsense it's WILD.
my condolences to anyone who just bought an off brand temu ring
just go to pandora yall 💔💔

A Very Obvious Scam
If it looks too good to be true it probably is. And there’s no doubt about this one! Stop and think before diving in, how likely is it *really* that jewellery like this is being given away free by some kindly old retiring couple? Don’t fall for the scam!
Total SCAM
Currently advertising everything as "free... Pay postage only" Pretty sure that's a scam 🤔🤣🤣
I wish that I had gone on Trustpilot…
I wish that I had gone on Trustpilot before ordering from this company. The jewelry was just a load of junk, advertised as gold and we only needed to pay for postage. What a load of lies, serves me right.
Very obvious scam
This came up as an ad when I was on Pinterest so I clicked into it and knew it was too good to be true, like seriously people who would be giving away “free” jewellery and also the two pensioners on the page are most likely ai because they both just look like they have the same face. Luckily I didn’t buy anything because I was able to spot it was a scam immediately but I feel bad for the people who unknowingly bought from this thinking it was going be like the picture but it was cheap Chinese tat instead from what I’ve seen from the reviews on here. The last thing I’ll mention is how ads like this can be on different platforms such as Pinterest like I seen and just other sites, surely something needs to be done about these bogus websites popping up and an investigation needs put in place see who these people are.
If I could have left no stars I would
If I could have left no stars I would. PLEASE DO NOT purchase from these people. They are claiming a sad sob story about having to close down after a long time and they are giving everything away free. You just pay postage. PLEASE DON'T FALL FOR IT. I did. I felt sorry for them and yes obviously there was a degree of greed I suppose on my part, but nothing compared to theirs. They show you all these beautiful items that they are supposed to have designed themselves, and they are supposed to be valued at hundreds of pounds, one ring in particular that I ordered that didn't turn up, I saw on Temu for a lot less than £5. What I received after paying over £46 postage and insurance was a load of tatt. Cheap rubbish, all in pre-sealed plastic packets, for gold really? The pair of ear rings that I received even had plastic backings. Please don't waste your money. You will end up feeling stupid. They say they offer a 30 day money back guarantee well I contacted them and because you only pay "postage" you won't get anything. They offered me 10%. I wouldn't have paid £4.60 for what they sent. IT'S A SCAM. BIG TIME. I placed my order around about the middle of May. Considering it's a closing down sale I didn't receive my fake jewellery until a couple of days ago. I suppose they had to wait for it to be delivered from China.
