I have used HSC twice now. The first time they found the problem with my air conditioning system, and fixed for a reasonable price.
The latest problem was with the ABS/VSA lights coming on. I had been told by the main dealer that my rear disc brakes needed changing as they were corroded, but not an MOT failure. Assuming that this was the problem, I had requested that these be changed.
HSC suggested a full diagnostics, and would waive the cost if it turned out to be the brakes. Luckily they did, as the fault was with a couple of sensors. This saved me a wasted £330 if I had decided to get the brakes changed.
Most happy with the service, and all within 24 hours of dropping off.

I have had bad experiences at other garages where the MOT is used to generate business by intentionally damaging MOT critical components during the MOT to create a MOT failure and then charging for the repair of that damage. I have noticed a pattern in such garages: the MOT cost is reduced, the MOT area is located furthest from the waiting area, it is badly lit, & another car may be parked in front of the MOT area, ie you cannot observe the MOT. At Harrow Service Centre the MOT area is well lit & I was able to closely observe the MOT. This should be industry standard. This is so important to me I have awarded 5 stars.

Got our Mercedes C220 serviced, MOT completed, front breaks and tracking works carried out at Harrow Service Centre. Kept the car for two days but we booked at the last minute. Very thorough, kept me informed of the service status and repairs required at all times with all the costs as well. Overall very happy with HSC's help.

I would highly recommend Harrow Service Centre. I liaised with Khush and he was very professional and welcoming. He was very quick and efficient in diagnosing the issue with my car, recommended options of what can be done for the repairs to take place as well as keeping me updated on the progress of the repair. I received my car back in a good amount of time and no issues!

Booked in for an MOT and to look at the lock. They kept me up to date on what was happening, reasonably priced for the parts and labour and were really helpful. Definitely recommend them and I will be going back there again.

I did an interim service for my car (Mercedes A Class). On the service day the receptionist was very nice and described my car situation clearly. Also the technician answered my queries and explained in a detailed way after the service was completed. Finally I got my car back on time in noon. I definitely recommend.

Heard rattling to the side of my car and thought it was a loose exhaust (it’s happened before!). It wasn’t but snapped coil spring on driver side. Recommended to get a pair fitted. Khush offered me a courtesy car and my car was valeted after the work. Great service as ever

Prompt reply for quotation for replacement brake pads, very competitive price and convenient day for me. Advice on other work was suggested before the actual work commenced, giving me the choice to accept or not. Work was completed well within the timescale and communication was always helpful and friendly. In the future, HSC will be my first port of call. Thanks guys.

Brilliant service as always from Harrow Service Centre. Was told on Saturday my car wouldn't be ready until Tuesday, but they managed to fix it and have it back to me on Sunday!
