Best garage ever
I have been using HSC for the past 10 yrs with all my vehicles. They are highly recommanded to each and everyone of you. Any problem I had was immediately fixed, I was kept up to date and there is no other garage I would ever use.

No Cowboys here
I have used these guys for years now and trust them with my vehicle so much that I have introduced my friends to them. All their work is transparent and guaranteed. I have even forgotten phones in my car and gone home unawares only to find an email from them informing me they have found my phones. Genuinely nice approachable people.

I have had good experience in past…
I have had good experience with this garage in past and really friendly staff but recent experience has been disappointing - they are so busy that this required follow-ups for quotes, I have called 3-4 times in December for clutch and so far no one has provided this. Sent an email during Christmas holiday and got a quick response for quote on other service (engine and break oil) however this is significantly higher than BMW (Barons) so have gone with BMW this time.
Looking forward to have my other car serviced with you in future.
Note: I have email confirmation on what BMW is covering in the price, which is same as HSC. (This has been confirmed and acknowledged by them over the email and phone).

Thank you for taking your time leaving a review. We are sorry to have disappointed you. Your first email was sent to us on 31st December at 11:12. As you may be aware we were closed until 3rd January & our response was sent to you on 3rd January at 10:26. We are surprised to see your concern about follow ups. We have also been in touch with BMW and as to no surprise you cannot get a full service with oil filter, air filter, pollen filter & high-powered spark plugs replaced for the quote of £293 inc VAT as per your email. BMW Genuine parts alone come to £170 + VAT, this does not include the labour for the service or spark plugs & also doesn’t include the cost of oil which is also approx £18 + VAT per litre.
Very expensive and rubbish service so…

Pravin is rude and he has no manner how to talk to customer.
All the time keep saying simple english and go to lawyer and citizen advice bureau.
First check you invoice and understand your simple english then tell to customer.
Please do not write anything in invoice if you can not promise in future.
Eventhough they are bagging for review sendig 3times same email for review.

Firstly, thank you for your time in writing such a detailed review.
Sorry to have disappointed you, you visited us on Saturday 10th December around 08:15 without an appointment due to a smell from rear right of the vehicle, we kindly inspected the vehicle in your presence and showed you what was the problem which was the rear right brake caliper cable had internally worn and required replacement as noted on your last visit on September 21st September.
You called this morning Monday 12th December asking us to look at the work we have performed as you had the worn brake caliper cable disconnected by your friend on Sunday11th December and there was still a smell from rear right after some time of driving. At this point you mentioned that your friend has confirmed that he didn’t find anything wrong with the brake disc and brake caliper we fitted.
We informed you that we would happily check the vehicle on Thursday 15th December and if the work we performed was all in order you will be charged for our time, where you insisted, we should check it for free of charge where this was done on Saturday 10th December.
We hope you have achieved the peace of mind by posting a negative review when we did the best we can for you.
Excellent service
These guys performed an oil and filter change interim service on my 2 year old BMW 3-series. Very professional to deal with and over 30% cheaper than the price I was quoted by BMW main dealer. Will be using in future.

I have used HSC for over 20 years and my regular Customer Service agent, Khushal Varsani is fantastic. He is great at his job and keeps me updated at all times with regard to the progress on my vehicle. He is friendly, enthuastic and goes the extra mile as well as having exceptionally high levels of customer service skills. Well done to Kushal

Smooth and Fast
Everything went smoothly and quickly. Kush was the one keeping me informed and explaining the process of my broken clutch. He was constantly updating the process and got my car back on the road sooner than expected.

Very good all round service and workmanship!!
First time using HSC for my Porsche, usually give to main dealer but given the difference in price for changing brakes and cylinders I thought I would try a local accredited garage. Very happy with the whole experience from initial enquiry, booking of car in, quality of work and then timely return of my car, Khush in customer services was especially helpful, and to top it off my car had been cleaned to professional standard. Highly recommended.

Above and Beyond
The team went above and beyond, they were very helpful and accommodating.
I had a warning light come up on my dashboard. With no appointment, I pulled into their garage. These guys were very helpful, put me at ease, check out the issue, topped me up and sent me on my way.
Flawless experience, highly recommended.
