My partner discovered Harry Benmore’s company through social media and was immediately impressed. We watched every video of each mattress, as Harry explained the various benefits of each one, and we fell in love with one. Unfortunately, we were in the process of purchasing a flat so we delayed our purchase from Harry and missed out on the opportunity to buy the mattress, as it had sold out. We were devastated.

We inquired if they could still make that style, and Harry was incredibly helpful. He assured us that he could do so for us and had it made special for us. It would be ready by move-in day, only two weeks away—a dream come true!

When it was time for delivery, Harry informed us that it would be delayed by a day due to their strict quality control process. Unfortunately, the mattress had not yet passed inspection. While this may have been a minor inconvenience, given that Harry inspects every piece that leaves the factory with his approval, I am willing to overlook it.

The delivery team arrived on time and was very friendly. They brought the mattress into the room where it was intended to be placed. Considering how heavy this mattress is, I am grateful that they delivered it rather than me!

As soon as I lay down on the mattress, I knew that we had made the best decision. We had both been sleeping poorly due to a subpar mattress for the past year, and this has far exceeded our expectations. From the informative videos that Harry created to the final product, I will enthusiastically recommend this exceptional company and its product.

Had a lovely (and instant!) response from Harry himself when I ordered. Everything went smoothly - lovely delivery guys as well. The mattress is exceptionally comfortable and I've never slept better. The price is truly excellent for the quality and it's great to know that everything is locally made by a family business. I've been recommending them to everyone.

Was a bit nervous ordering online and not from a ‘well known brand’ or company I knew of for such a big purchase, however as soon as I started to speak with Harry I was put at ease. He helped me decide which mattress and firmness would be best suited for me and talking to him made me feel really confident in placing my order. Everything from ordering to delivery was seem less - and really quick compared to other places I’d received quotes from. The quality of my mattress for the price I paid is really impressive and Id go as far to say it’s the best mattress I’ve ever had! I will - and already have - be recommending to friends and family ☺️

Simple, easy and great mattress

I am a live in carer and was assisting my client with the purchase of a new mattress. Having done the usual route of trying and testing out mattress in shops and then being shocked at how much they were. We found Harry's by chance. I contacted him and he replied very quickly and was incredibly helpful with loads of advice. He recommend a mattress, having been informed about the mattress the client found comfortable in our search and her needs. The client decided to give it a try. It was delivered 5 days later, (amazingly prompt service) and the old one removed Free of charge. The client loves it and sleeps well and it has relieved her back problems. Really lovely guy I didn’t really need too much help with the mattress but everything went very smoothly along with Delivery . The guys who dropped off my mattress in London were excellent brought it all the way up to my flat.

After searching for the perfect mattress for the best price I come across Harry benmore! After looking into the company I decided to order- loved how each mattress is hand made and how Harry cares a lot about this company compared to the bigger companies. - I also loved the video which explains each mattress as sometimes it can be a-bit overwhelming so thought the video was a great touch!

Harry kept me updated throughout and personally delivered my mattress which I thought was great customer service! And what can I say i couldn’t be happier, such a luxury mattress, I have a brilliant night sleep and I 100% recommend this company to anyone !

Never having bought anything other than a cheap 'Swedish superstore' type mattress before I was really unsure about what to buy when I finally decided to pull my big gal pants up and spend some proper money on looking after my back. Harry walked me through everything really comprehensively - from my initial contact right through to the actual delivery. He was so knowledgable, making suggestions based on my specific needs, without any hint of a 'hard sell' - just genuinely interested in getting me what I needed. I was quite surprised at the price too, very much less than I was fearing but with the quality being so much higher. It's really exceeded my expectations and has been a dream to sleep on. I thoroughly recommend Harry.

I went into Harry's store while in the area he was very informative and I ended up buying a medium firm mattress. It wasn't quite suited to me but he did arrange for the softer version for me to be exchanged instead. No hassle and a week later the new mattress has just arrived and so far so good! I will also say you can see they are made properly, and not with cheap matierials like you tend to get from the chain stores. All in all I'm happy with the service. Good stuff. 👍👍

I had had enough of waking up with my sore back, so I started looking into buying a new mattress. It's not easy. There are so many companies out there and each of them says that they have the best product. A friend recommended that I take a look at Harry Benmore. After a quick on-line chat about their product I went ahead and ordered their cotton mattress. Approximately ten days later, Harry's team delivered a premium product (and took away my old and tired mattress) that has more than met my expectations and is worth every penny! Highly recommended.

They also took my old mattress with no charge. Very pleasant experience. I happily recommend them to all my friends.

I’m so so happy with my new mattress! I chose Harry’s store after some friends recommended it and was so pleased I did! What made all the difference was able to visit the store and try all the options and sit down with Harry to talk about my preferences. Delivery was smooth and I was happy with the entire process.
