Absolutely awful service. Beware that they won't take responsibility if your machine is faulty. They're quite happy to refuse their customers' their consumer rights. Avoid at all costs!

Excellent service
Went into the store in Padiham a couple of weeks ago for a new fridge freezer. Received a warm welcome from Paul. I appreciated that Paul offered his advice, we were not sure which one to buy, but Paul did not try to pressure us or try to sell us the most expensive item like some other stores. Ordered Sat delivered Wed. We also got a call first thing on Wed with a delivery slot. They arrived on time and very carefully installed the fridge freezer took all the packaging away along with the old fridge freezer. Will definitely be back next time we need anything else, fantastic service.

I bought a tv on line in 2021 which I was a bit hesitant with,( I need not of been.)Andy delivered it also installed it for me.nearly 4yrs later the tv broke down, I rang Andy for advice, he looked into this for me straight away, informed me I had a 5yr warranty!! He gave me information of who to call and he also called them himself. I needed the invoice which I couldn’t find , I rang up and Graham sorted it straight away . I am now getting a replacement tv which I am delighted with. Andy and Graham are a credit to the company and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them in the future ,the after sales service is second to none, thanks again!

Amazing customer service from Harry Garlick
We bought a fridge freezer from Curry’s less than a year ago and it failed four days before Christmas (but that’s another story!) so rang Harry Garlick customer service, who explained my options to get hold of a replacement before Christmas. I visited the Padiham branch and Paul spent some time running through the fridge freezers on display that I could take away with me. On Paul’s recommendation I chose a Beko 50/50, which suited our needs. I can’t recommend Harry Garlick highly enough for their customer service and attention to detail. A totally difference customer service experience from Curry’s, which has been totally lacking.

Christmas Eve so helpful
Christmas Eve with a TV that appeared not to be working. Rang to ask for help, Paul's calm voice and helpful explanation of what to try to fault find was a winner. TV back working, just a digital glitch. Thanks so much. He didn't say come and buy from us, he helped.
I suspect some other retailers would have just listened to my plight and seen a sales opportunity. Thanks again

Excellent advice in store and from fitters
Excellent advice offered in Skipton. Really helpful. The service from the fitters (dishwasher) was exemplary. Very skilled. Took real care. Also got so much useful advice on unrelated appliances. So helpful.

My mother in laws fridge freezer broke…
My mother in laws fridge freezer broke down, so at 3pm we visited the Skipton store and selected a new one. Harry Garlick’s actually delivered the following day, even ringing us 10 minutes before calling. They took the old one out of the kitchen and brought the new one in. Nothing was too much trouble and their service was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this company. Regards, Ian B

We had an issue with an item under warranty and it was repaired by a repair centre, the item was still not right and the manufacturer was not helpfull, the Manager, Paul of Harry Garlick's, Padiham fought tooth and nail with the manufacturer and the result was a full refund, Customer service personified, thank you

Amazing service yet again for Riaz at…
Amazing service yet again for Riaz at Harry Garlick Padiham branch. Purchased my latest tv (SAMSUNG 65 INCH NEQ QLED TV) already had previously purchased full SONUS sound system) and 2 previous TV’s from Riaz, tried to connect SONOS via remote, but latest remote would not connect via optical lead for sound.
Called SONOS minimum waiting time 90 minutes.Contacted Riaz who spent much time checking internet etc how could solve this issue , he found a solution I would never have found. I would give again 100% and more , for his expertise and again I will always go back to him to purchase any products/upgrades I required.

When we need anything electrical we don't surf the internet,we don't drive miles to the nearest superstore we simply nip into town and call into Harry Garlicks , never been let down, always excellent service and very competitive. Bought an oled TV from the Skipton branch, had it installed last week, the engineers certainly knew their stuff, 5 years free guarantee but the knowledge that in the event of something going wrong the guys in the shop will bend over backwards to sort it.

A Local Company with Great Customer Service
Contacted Andy at Barnoldswick shop as we needed a new toaster and microwave. From first contact to picking up the products today, service has been brilliant. The products were reasonably priced and certainly consistent with internet prices. Always try to shop locally if we can and Harry Garlick make it a pleasure.

Smart TV. Smart Choice.
Been looking on and off at replacing our tired (not smart) tv. So much bewildering tech out there!
This shop spent time explaining, LED, Quantum, Organic and Gaming. Also asked us questions too, so much so as to get the right product that fits us. We bought 55" Samsung Smart OLED. It was delivered and set up without fuss. Paul. Preston Lancs

A good deal and excellent customer service
Have bought from Harry Garlick's for around 20 years now and have always received excellent customer service and some great deals (washing machines, tumble dryers, TVs, satellite boxes...)
Spoke to James, at the Barnoldswick branch, on the phone as I needed a new fridge and freezer. Was given good advice regarding reliability and price of the available models. Did the deal and expecting delivery on Monday morning, great service.
