AWFUL, AVOID…I’ve not received my Christmas order placed on 4 December for dispatch w/c 16 December, and can’t get any response to emails. Royal Mail 24 hour delivery tracking shows it hasn’t even been scanned into their network so looks like it won’t be delivered in time for Christmas. First order placed with them and will be my last

Like the other recent posts I have not…
Like the other recent posts I have not received my online order. No response to emails or voice messages . According to Royal Mail they have yet to receive my parcel yet per the creamery it was despatched 10 days ago . I have tried to cancel the order but doubt that will result in a refund !

Avoid this company
Out of an order of 11 items, crackers / cheeses/ chutney I have received 2 packets of oatcakes
Have been attempting to interact via email to customer service (3) and numerous telephone calls - never answered and voice mails not returned. Appreciate errors happen but the lack of response or customer service is really poor

Have I been scammed?
Same as previous reviews. Placed a Christmas order after seeing the cheeses advertised some of which seemed unusual and tasty. However I have not heard anything about my order. No one answers the phone no response to voicemail and no response to email. I’m beginning to think I’ve been scammed

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! DON'T DO IT!
I really wish I had checked recent reviews before placing an order for Christmas presents, I definitely would not have given these guys a penny. I placed an order and selected express delivery well over a week ago, since then I have heard nothing. I have called several times and left messages, I have emailed several times, I have messaged through Facebook and Insta... Ignored every time. In 2 days I go on holiday so assuming I don't get the order by then a lot of very expensive cheese is going to sit in a Royal Mail sorting office for several weeks before being returned to them. It appears up until recently they had a very good reputation, but currently they seem determined to destroy all that. I would think very carefully before placing any orders with these guys and read all the recent reviews here, on Google, and on social media. Personally, never again.

Incorrect and completely ignored, terrible!
Placed an online order for a Christmas gift box. The item that arrived is totally incorrect, completely different packaging and the contents are incorrect. Emailed 3 times and called a number of times to try and rectify but no one answers and completely ignored.

Order not received & can’t contact company
Would not recommend ordering on line from this company. I was advised my order & been dispatched on the day I ordered, delivery to be 1-2days. I have never received it nor has the carrier from the tracking info. I have tried to speak to them but nobody answers the phone. Emails & Facebook messages just get an automated response & nothing else. Disgusted with this company!
