Clothing store that does not have a viable return option. They offer a 15% refund only. Advertising of products does not match the actual product - poor quality

Item was poor quality from Asia. Was meant to be leather handbag but was PU
Leather. No return address on package and no paperwork provided. Sent 4 emails to return but got no response. Trying for a chargeback with my bank at the moment.
Definitely not in Daylesford.

DON’T USE THESE SCAMMERS! The quality is absolute rubbish. Typical Chinese made cheap clothing. Takes four or more weeks to receive your parcel and they ghost you when you want a refund. These guys are 💩. A firing squad would be way too good for them.

I purchased a jacket from Hartley DAYLESFORD. The jacket arrived in good time.
I was not happy with the quality of the jacket. Also although it was a female garment the press studs were on the wrong side.
I decided to return the jacket and seek a refund.
I contacted Hartley via email with the necessary information as described in the returns policy.
I had no reply. I have since tried to contact Hartley three times to no avail. I have heard absolutely nothing from the company.
I would never use or recommend this company.

Took weeks to arrive which set off alarm bells. Yep big scam. Items from Asia very poor quality and nothing like website photos. No response to emails. Beware......

This company is a ghost store! They claim to be an Australian family with a shop in Daylesford that needs to move to a bigger premises so they are selling their stock for 70% off. The store does not exist. It is all BS. The garments are rubbish and come from Asia. When you contact them to request a refund, they tell you that you need to return the item at your own cost to a fulfillment centre in Asia. Alternatively they offer you a further discount but the funds are never received. Reported to Consumer Affairs. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

If there was a lower rate I would give it a minus. The quality is rock bottom. When I asked for a refund I received no response. No paperwork received when order was delivered. So no address to return poor quality clothing. Don't waste your money or time with Hartley Daylesford. Such a shame to give a beautiful place like Daylesford a bad name.

This website is a scam. Received my items which were of poor quality and when wanted to return them was offered a 30% refund if I kept them. Not able to return them and six weeks later the 30% refund has not been received

Order still not delivered to me. Tracking (mostly in Chinese) says it was delivered two days ago, but definitely not!! It is now nearly a month since ordered and paid ... just another reason to shop locally and not trust all you read on-line! Scam, scam and more scam. If there was anyway to sue them to get my money back I would!! Be warned ... dodgy as hell!!

Absolute rubbish. Garments arrived from Hong Kong(nothing Australian about this company). Very poor quality & definitely not worth what I paid for. Have had no response to my communications. Do not purchase from them. Lesson learnt. Read reviews before buying!

Ordered a colourful quilted jacket.
Received my order from China with no packing slip, the only tag was a size tag. No brand tag, no fabric composition or care instructions. By law in Australia both of these requirements must be supplied. Still waiting on customer service to respond to my concerns.

Absolute scam. This is not a business in Australia. It is a drop shipping scam from China. I ordered a “rugged heavy duty thermal jacket” and got an incredibly thin jacket with no lining. To make it worse, the bottom band of the jacket is 1 inch higher on the right than the left meaning it doesn’t sit straight or zip up properly. I have attempted to contact the company multiple times and they don’t reply. I will be calling my bank to attempt a chargeback. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Do not buy from this company i received a jacket that was totally different from the one featured in their online catalogue it was total rubbish you wouldn't wear it was cheap and nasty please give these thieves a miss

Order placed mid May still not received. Just found the orders are shipped from Asia. Supposed to be coming from excess stock at their shop in Daylesford, Vic, so something smells here. Have had communications from them which are nice, but as their apparently not a store in Daylesford they are not being totally honest! Good luck everyone but I would not encourage purchasing from them.

Item finally received from China on 17th of June .... surprise .. it actually looks like the one on the fake AI site ... I will definitely not purchase anything on line again unless I do some heavy research first.

Delivery from order on 9th May ( now 27th May)still hasn’t arrived after multiple communications

The delivery still hasn't arrived, it's so slow with no communications I'm thinking this is a scam fake site.
