Great way to sell and buy my house
It was a new experience using a portal to sell and purchase my house through Harvey Baker and it was a little daunting not seeing a solicitor in traditional sense (face to face). However, I quickly learned to navigate my way around the portal and If I had any issues I could speak to someone right away. Everyone at Harvey Baker was knowledgeable and gave an excellent service. My sale/purchase went through quickly, smoothly and I was able to keep up to date using the portal through my phone. Can’t thank Harvey Baker Solicitors enough and would recommend them to anyone thinking of selling or purchasing their home. They gave a fantastic service from start to finish.

I would like to apologise for the way your case was initially handled, as mentioned on the phone when we spoke last week, the conveyancer handling you case prior to Christmas is no longer with Harvey Baker.
We always aim for a high level of client satisfaction, however, the initial conveyancer was not able to work the ‘Harvey Baker way’ and has since moved on to another firm.

Highly recommended
Really helpful and communicative team. They managed to complete our house purchase in a tight window, before the stamp duty change. Took me a while to get used to the online portal, but it was really handy to have quick assess and it all be in one place to view.

Exceptional Service
I cannot fault the service that I received from Harvey Baker. Our allocated team of Victoria Sellwood and Carla Paxford were exceptional. They progressed our sale expeditiously and kept us updated via the Tracker App. I would definitely use them again and have already recommended them to friends and family.

Top Recommendation for Helen & Harvey Baker
We cannot recommend Harvey Baker highly enough for the process of moving house.
We dealt with Helen Francis-Trowe who was incredibly knowledgable, professional and efficient.
I think our sale of two houses and purchase of one joint one was fairly complex and I probably tried Helen’s patience on many occasion but never once was there anything other than advice and guidance given.
We also added complication by terminating the purchase of one house quite a way down the road of the process and changed to a different property which then put Helen and the team under huge pressure to work very fast but everything was done in a matter of weeks.
The Legal CM app used by Harvey Baker is brilliant as you can see the status live of every step of the process and always have the latest information.
If you want a fantastic legal firm to deal with all your conveyancing needs, look no further than Harvey Baker. Highly recommended.
