Recently, we had a fantastic experience with Harvey Cooper Cars while buying our BMW 3 Series. Jamie kindly picked us up from the train station and drove us to the dealership, where we enjoyed a warm welcome and met Nick. Journeying from Aberdeenshire, Scotland, we found the car matched its detailed description from our phone and video interactions. Nick's professionalism, patience, and wealth of information made us feel at ease, without any pressure. The BMW, showcased in a stunning pearlescent white, was in immaculate condition in the showroom. We wholeheartedly recommend this dealership for their exceptional car quality and preparation. Don't do many reviews but this deserves one.
Just got home from a worthwhile 200 mile round trip.
From first telephone contact to purchase these guys are first class.
Friendly, informative and honest.
Made to feel welcome by all staff who did everything they could to clear the minor hurdle we hit during the deal.
Showroom immaculate, cars presented as described.
Nothing was too much.

Harvey Cooper Cars
We had an excellent experience dealing with Harvey Cooper cars recently when we purchased our 3 series BMW.
We were picked up from the train station by Jamie and taken to the dealership and offered comfortable hospitality where we meet Nick.
We had traveled from Aberdeenshire in Scotland and the description of the car during numerous phone calls and videos was as described.
Nick was very patient informative and professional in his approach to us and we felt under no pressure at any time.
The car was presented in beautiful condition and being finished in BMW pearlescent white looked stunning in the showroom.
Would definitely recommend their dealership to anyone and the quality of their cars and how they are prepared is of a high standard.

From the moment he arrived, he communicated clearly, handled the process efficiently, and represented your company with a level of service that truly stood out. It made the handover smooth and reassuring, and I felt confident that the car was in good hands.

Superb Service, Highly Recommended
We dealt with Chris Parry, who was superb from start to finish. Excellent communication, very prompt always to respond. He was very thorough on all aspects of the purchase, explaining everything very clearly. We were at the showroom twice before completing the purchase and on both occasions we received a very warm and friendly welcome. His level of professionalism was superb, and we felt very confident purchasing our vehicle here. We can't recommend Chris and his company highly enough.

My experience was amazing
My experience was amazing. I am based in Germany and made contact with Nick Hall by phone. The interaction was second to none. His knowledge of the car and professional dedication to my needs were what drove me to purchase the car. The car was as it showed on the website, parked inside and polished to the highest standards. The other main fact that Harvey Cooper is a great dealer and even after signing for the car I was offered any other assistance once purchased. I would buy another vehicle from them in a heartbeat.
