We now have a beautiful well made kitchen. It was a smooth as a new kitchen can go! Customer service is good and Charlotte was very helpful throughout.

I had great difficulty with several issues & Hagar remained patient, interested and engaged, working with me at every step until I was happy. She is a real asset to.the company!

Thank you Rachael and Mohsin along with the rest of the team for build us our dream kitchen. Both Rachael and the team really ensured we work through the project issues and get it completed just the way we wanted it. I would also like to make a special mention to Ricky who did an amazing job painting the kitchen.

Only gripe is the cost is too much relative to the normal high street brands but the quality difference is not the same as the price difference.

Rachel went above and beyond giving me lots of options and made me think how I use my kitchen, she is always friendly, cheerful and brimming with ideas

The designer Lucy understood the brief and was excellent in her engagement and communication - not pushy, very helpful and produced a great design.

A terrible company with poor customer service. They went into administration in February just when my order was to be delivered. The lady who was my kitchen designer forced me to make the entire payment before anything was delivered. On the day of delivery I found out after much chasing that none of the appliances were ordered or there was a delay of 4 weeks. Then they tried to force upon me the appliances they had in their warehouse. I ended up having to scramble and order my own whilst trying to retrieve the money back from them. Many many phone calls to manage refund and working with extremely subpar agents. Now I discovered the designer got my requirement wrong and the splash back was not ordered correctly. A horrible experience dealing with this company. This was London Islington showroom. Definitely go for Magnet or another company and save yourself stress and money.

We really did not realise how complicated it is to design the perfect kitchen until we met Hagar.
She is just revising the final design to meet our ever changing individual requirements.
It is not just Hagar but all her other colleagues at Harvey Jones who we have liaised with – Stacey in our local Marlow Showroom, Rosheen at the Islington showroom (where we visited to look at a full display of our chosen Arbor design) and Jenny at their head office have all been so supportive and helpful with advice.
Hagar is true professional who has guided us through this process with patience and humour and we just cannot wait to see our dream kitchen installed.

We recently moved into a new house and, looking to install a new kitchen, engaged Hagar at Harvey Jones Milton Keynes. From our first meeting, it has been an absolute pleasure to work together. She is warm and welcoming, a great listener, and even worked through our daily routines to ensure our kitchen would meet all of the family's needs. On seeing the final designs, we were delighted - Hagar had understood the space perfectly, overcome any nervous concerns we had, and critically brought to life our vision.

We began our journey towards a new Harvey Jones kitchen before Christmas with a very professional and charming designer called Beth. She produced an excellent design for us so we were disappointed to learn that she had left the company. However Charlotte, our new designer, is equally professional and a delight to work with. It cannot be easy to take over someone else’s design but she handled the situation with sensitivity. We have also changed our ideas a few times but she has been endlessly patience and helpful, plainly determined to help us achieve the kitchen of our dreams. She listens carefully and makes the required adjustments very quickly and efficiently. We have now signed the contract and await a date for fitting.
Our thanks to Charlotte for holding our hands throughout the design process and tactfully helping us to achieve a good solution, acceptable to us both, when my husband and I had the occasional difference of opinion! She never attempts to impose her own ideas but when asked offers sound suggestions which are always well worth considering. She has a really good eye for design.

Our initial visit to the Bath showroom on the 27th of January was great and we were persuaded to purchase a butchers block/console table which was promised to be delivered in 2-4 weeks. We were not advised clearly on payment terms and order process which was confusing and a little concerning at the time but eventually once we had paid in full the order was placed.

Not only was the order late but things went from bad to worse!! The block arrived on the 15th March and the fitter was due to come on the 16th March to put the worktop on and cancelled at the last minute. We contacted the Bath showroom immediately who said they would sort it out and we haven’t heard back since.

Now we have a base, no top and no date for completion and no communication!! Come on Bath showroom this is not how customers should be treated. It feels like once the money has been paid the customer care ceases to exist.

Don't buy HJ kitchen because there are several issues currently ongoing with our kitchen installation and with this company. 1) this company is in Administration 2) premium price average quality kitchen 3) claim on bespoke kitchen is a farce 4) so many mistake made in design, manufacturing, actual fittings and even in fundamentals 5) poor quality compliance 6) people involved in the process are not competent 7) more than 5 weeks completion delay and so many issue yet to be resolved (no deadline) 8) multiple operational issues in bespoke cabinets and mechanism (some of them not fixable because those have fundamental issues) 9) Full payment paid in advance and looks like loose our money and fully working kitchen not be delivered; it is going to be a massive and costly compromise for us

We want to thank Hagar at Milton Keynes for a fantastic job designing and completely transforming our kitchen. Throughout the process she has cared about each detail of the kitchen as if it were her own, underpinned by a real eye for design and technical knowledge of what works well. As a result we feel the kitchen is completely unique and perfect for the character of our growing family. We wanted to get the work done to a swift deadline and she scheduled all our meetings to make that happen, never rushed our decisions, and offered really helpful advice for options to keep the project within our budget. She was incredibly prompt in returning our queries and giving us an understanding of the entire build of the kitchen, so we felt reassured every step of the way knowing that it was a large commitment we were taking on. Visited the Milton Keynes showroom recently to initially enquire about a range cooker they had. We ending up spending quite a lot of time in the showroom speaking with a superb lady named Hagar. She gave us lots of great advice about range cookers but also was so knowledgeable, professional and helpful about a potential kitchen project we might do in the future. She's is a great representative for Harvey Jones and we were so impressed with her and the products in the showroom we have had to leave a review! When we are ready to look at kitchen, she will be our first point of call!

I have previously commended the design team on helping with my new kitchen. I am taking this opportunity to name Cassie (Installation Co-ordinator) who was great in handling some of the stresses of the our kitchen project particularly in the final phase.
