From beginning to end we were always informed of where we were at in the process. We felt we could contact the company at any time and our queries were always answered efficiently and professionally.Our finished kitchen is beautiful. We love it. We look forward to using it for years to come.
We were, however, a little worried as just as our kitchen was about to be fitted the company went into administration but it did not affect our kitchen installation at all.
We especially want to thank Bethan the designer, Pete the painter and Richard who fitted our kitchen.

From the moment we walked into the local HJ showroom we could tell John was passionate about the product and so knowledgable about potential designs . After our 10th request for change (True) He worked very closley with us to achieve our dream kitchen. The customer service from HJ has been second to non and would definatley buy from them again but alass we think the kitchen we have is the kitchen for life .

Lucy was amazing, really friendly and helpful and the products are really good quality.

I have been chatting with Hagar getting quotes and information for over a year. We really loved the Harvey Jones look right from the start and really hoped to have their kitchen in our new refurbished home. Hagar has been so patient and so helpful and really provided the best customer service one could wish for.

We bought our Harvey Jones kitchen five years ago and its still perfect. That's very different to kitchens we've bought from other companies in the past and to those bought from other companies by friends and family in the last five years which now have bits fallen off/broken. So basically though up front cost was a stretch for us, its been well worth it. I recall the service from the Edinburgh team was fantastic.

I worked with Lucy to plan for my kitchen which sadly i had to put on hold due to budget issue . However i wanted to take this opportunity to let others know that shes fantastic at her job , very knowledgeable and non bias . She has made me feel super comfortable with my ideas and provided lots of options too . I look forward to work with her in the future .

I have an absolutely beautiful kitchen, which was designed and fitted by Harvey Jones Tunbridge Wells. Throughout the process the people who helped, supported and advised me were uber professional, knowledgeable and highly experienced. I felt like I was in safe hands, and the result is unbelievable.

Georgina (our kitchen designer) has continued to give us a great deal of advice & been happy to amend our plans several times. She has been generous in her time, including during her visit to our home.

Although we have not yet had our new kitchen fitted, we are confident with the product & excited to progress our project further.

Charlotte and the rest of the team were great from start to finish. Charlotte came up with great solutions for my small kitchen and it was lovely to work with someone who is genuinely passionate about beautiful interiors. She was very easy to communicate with and highly professional, friendly and enthusiastic throughout the whole process.

The only thing I would have wanted to improve is the range of options on the Hampton range eg the pocket doors for the larder...I hear they are in the pipeline though so for anyone thinking about this more economical range, I would highly recommend as the quality of unit are really excellent.

She came up with a beautiful design which was sadly beyond my budget but then worked hard to adapt it and offer discounts to keep it within my budget.

I knew I had made the right decision the minute I walked into the showroom. First class service, design and quality. We had a wonderful team allocated to support us throughout the process. Working with Lewis our designer was a complete joy and we had lots of fun designing our dream kitchen. Chris our build manager was a great support and ensured everything went smoothly, Mark the fitter and Paul the painter were absolutely meticulous in their work. We have ended up with the most beautiful family kitchen which is a real statement whilst being practical and functional. Thank you Harvey Jones!

I would highly recommend Harvey Jones following our work with designer Charlotte in the Hove branch. Charlotte has an amazing eye for detail and as soon as she walked into our home she understood what we were after and how to make it work in our kitchen. The designs she produced were practical and beautiful, Charlotte really thought about visual symmetry and also took ideas we had for a window seat a step further. We were concerned about budget and she worked hard to take all of that into account as well so we felt really safe in trusting this brand and feeling it is a personalised service.

Harvey Jones provided my London kitchen over 25 years ago. They have just refurbished it replacing the work surface and adding an induction range cooker - it looks as new. A quality design and product which stood the test of time now updated and set for another 25 years! I ordered my kitchen from Harvey Jones Islington as part of a total house renovation project and after visiting several different kitchen showrooms, based on design and apparent quality of build. I dealt with Rachel, Roisin, Larissa and Billy (hope I haven't missed anyone). I am very happy with my kitchen and the team at HJ worked around the rest of my build with professionalism and flexibility as well as being always friendly and pleasant to deal with.

Over the years, we’ve had four kitchens from Harvey Jones, all of which have been both beautiful and practical. Their surveyors have been extremely knowledgeable, not only about their cabinets, but also about such associated products as worktops, appliances, hardware, etc. They’ve combined this knowledge with remarkably clever design skills and a determination to spend as much time, and go to as much trouble, as necessary to give us exactly the kitchen we wanted. They’ve held our hands throughout and, together with their highly-skilled installers and painters, ensured a smooth and efficient process from beginning to end. After-care has been exemplary, not only in the speedy resolution of minor installation hiccups, but also later: when recently, some four years after one of our kitchens was installed, the pull-out bin drawer slipped slightly out of line, a technician appeared promptly to resolve the issue. I’d particularly like to mention Annalisa Dingle at the Sheen showroom, whose calm efficiency, skill and sense of humour made the recent production of a bespoke vanity unit to complement our existing kitchen appear misleadingly simple, and turned a chore into a pleasure.
