We had a wonderful experience with Sally who took the time to explain everything to us and to answer any questions and concerns we had, be it about the kitchen materials, the building process or sustainability and durability. We decided to put our kitchen project on the back burner for now as we have other priorities in the house come up but Sally made sure we’re absolutely wanting to have our Harvey Jones Kitchen in the future! 🙂

Lewis has been fab start to finish. He has helped us design a kitchen that we are beyond happy with! He suggested some lovely extra details which have made all the difference and set it apart from other designs we had looked at.

The installation was meticulous and there were lots of checks to ensure that the end product was just right.

I had a bit of an issue with one component and Lewis did everything he could to help rectify the problem.

Anna was great with suggestions and brilliant problem-solving for my requests for my new galley kitchen. She kept me realistic with what was and was not possible in my 2m ×2.8m space. I hadn't fully appreciated that the empty space meant the contents had to go somewhere else for a while! Gary made all the preparation necessary and Mark really did hand-paint the units. Both were helpful and gave advice when asked. Very pleased with the outcome of my Quooker tap for boiling water. Caroline was helpful and welcoming when I first stepped into the Westbourne showroom. I'd seen an advert in a local magazine and went out of curiosity. Both Anna and Caroline were able to offer guidance and reassurance on the project. Nothing was too much trouble with Harvey Jones.

We had such a great experience with Lewis at the Chester showroom. We came in with a clear idea of what we wanted, but Lewis’s design took it to another level. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and the service was brilliant throughout. The finished kitchen looks amazing. We honestly couldn’t recommend Lewis and Harvey Jones enough!

It was really helpful to have Bethan from the Nottingham showroom come to my home to discuss initial ideas for my new kitchen. She developed a fabulous plan and the HJ team delivered. I am highly delighted with my new kitchen, both the design and level of craftmanship are superb. The whole process was handled very professionally with clear communication and timelines. Very pleasant experience.
Although in this instance we decided not to go with Harvey Jones for our new kitchen, the team at Harvey Jones were very helpful and knowledgeable and gave us a detailed understanding of what they provided, the service level and what to expect from the process. A special shoutout to Lewis for his patience and knowledge to guide us through the process.

We had a Harvey Jones kitchen fitted in 2016. Apart from an issue with the sink plughole that they refused to address at the time, we have been pleased with the kitchen. The built-in dishwasher now needs a new heating element ànd our engineer says the dishwasher has been fitted in such a way that it cannot be removed in the normal way for the repair to be carried out.
I’ve been phoning and emailing Harvey Jones for advice as to how to get the dishwasher out for over 3 weeks and have had no response at all.
It was an extremely expensive kitchen and the 10-year guarantee clearly covers the cabinetry being fit-for-purpose - but it seems their default position is to ignore complaints and just hope they go away.
I’m very disappointed and frustrated.

We had our lovely new kitchen designed by Anna at Harvey Jones in Westbourne. The whole process went very smoothly and the level of craftsmanship was exceptional. We are so pleased that we went through with it. Many thanks to Anna and to the other members of the team that were involved.

From the moment we walked into the Winchester showroom, Graham took charge of our project and turned our dream kitchen into a reality. I had a very clear idea of what I wanted to achieve and Graham was able to effectively design and deliver that vision perfectly. The quality of the finished product is far superior to other kitchens we have seen and the professionalism and workmanship of both the kitchen fitter and cabinet painter, was of the highest quality. The cost of the finished project was probably a lot more than other suppliers, however this kitchen is going to look amazing for a very long time to come.

Our discovery session with David at Harvey Jones was truly inspiring. From the start, he brought such positivity, creativity, and enthusiasm to the conversation. He listened carefully to our ideas and preferences, then added his own thoughtful insights that made us see new possibilities for our kitchen design. Lewis at Harvey Jones Kitchens, Chester was our kitchen designer.
He was excellent from the start to design completion. Nothing was to much trouble during the design process as we were relocating our kitchen living space. So it wasn't just a case of replacing an old kitchen. He knew the products really well. Our appointment times were long (not in a bad way) He just allocated plenty to time to ensure our kitchen would be perfect. There was so much to consider even down to colour choice. It was a huge investment and something we are not lightly to replace. He was patience and brought his own design flare. He was polite and appeared always pleased to see us despite the number of visits! He made the whole design planning experience exciting. We now look forward to the installation phase.

Can't get anyone to talk to me for warranty work.
Our kitchen was fitted in 2016. 5-6 years later the hinges on the cabinet doors started to wear out. We had some repairs doe a couple of years ago but the fitter told us hinges need to be replaced.
I've contacted al the known email addresses but no response implying new owners won't honour warranty despite assuring me the would,
to be fair design service was good but installation was poor.

We cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Harvey Jones in Chester, and in particular with Lewis, our designer. From the very beginning, Lewis made the whole process an absolute pleasure. His passion for design shone through in every conversation, and he went above and beyond to help us realise that we could have the kitchen of our dreams within our budget.

What impressed us most was how hard he worked to keep us on track financially, never compromising on style or quality, but always finding smart solutions to make sure everything was achievable. His creativity and attention to detail gave us confidence throughout, and we left every meeting feeling inspired and excited for the next stage.

On top of that, Lewis is simply a joy to work with. His warm and friendly personality made every meeting something we genuinely looked forward to, and he managed to make what could have been a stressful process feel easy and enjoyable.

I had a discovery session with Bethan from Harvey Jones to discuss ideas for my new kitchen and for me to understand the quality and detail that go into their kitchens. The session was really helpful and exciting to start discussing what my kitchen could look like. I was then given an estimate as to how much the kitchen would cost based on the information I had given which was really helpful. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to go with Harvey Jones on this occasion but one day when I build my own home I shall certainly be wanting to use them as the service and quality are amazing.
