We have been enjoying our Harvey Jones kitchen for a year now and we haven’t looked back. With a small(ish) space to work with, Lewis at the Chester branch was thoughtful, helpful, creative and a fantastic listener, always trying to find ways to bring our vision for a quirky Victorian kitchen to life - while staying within budget. We are so glad we took the plunge with Harvey Jones - our kitchen cupboards are so high quality and luxurious and a minor issue with our oven (purchased via Harvey Jones with one of their trusted suppliers) was sorted quickly and seamlessly at no cost to us. We can’t recommend Lewis and Harvey Jones highly enough - they did all they could to make the process stress free and exciting. If you’re looking to build a forever kitchen, this is the company to go with!

From the first meeting with Lewis in the Chester showroom we knew he was the perfect person to bring our dream kitchen to life. Lewis understood our vision instantly and was highly knowledgeable talking us through the different kitchen designs and features. I’m absolutely delighted with my new kitchen from Harvey Jones. From start to finish, the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. The unparalleled support throughout my whole project regardless of the delays from my builder. My experience with Harvey jones have been an amazing experience, from start to finish the support was always 100%. I got my kitchen from Edinburgh showroom. Even though my extension project got delayed thanks to my builder for a period of 3 years but honestly I can’t praise enough Harvey jones overall & especially the team at Edinburgh show room. Everyone from the start the moment we walked into show room & spoke to Sally the designer, then Allison the manager who have moved on now , Derek , Sara & Steve & not to mention Abigail I mean everyone was super helpful. Their support , customer service & help was just unparalleled. I would recommend Harvey Jones over & over again & again. They went out of their way to help me with my kitchen & also above & beyond. Words are not enough for what they have done for me. I don’t know if I had gone with some other company I would’ve ever got that much support as much I have received from Harvey jones as I have from my friends so many stories of their bad experiences from different companies.
Even though with my project everything which could’ve gone wrong went wrong but the level of patience was displayed by Harvey jones is unheard of.

From the second we walked through the door of the Chester showroom we knew this was going to be special. We met with Lewis who listened attentively to our project and ideas taking it all on board. He talked us through all the kitchens and their features in the most explicit detail- he really knows his stuff. We went away happy and excited as to what Lewis was going to draw up for us. At our second appointment he didn’t fail to disappoint- the outcome was incredible. We knew then for sure Harvey Jones were the kitchen company that would build us our dream kitchen in our forever home. What impressed us most was how Hubert ensured our kitchen design worked seamlessly with our overall house renovation. His expertise was invaluable in creating a cohesive design that complemented our entire home.
The results exceeded our expectations. Our large kitchen features extra-long cabinets and smart storage solutions that perfectly suit our needs. The team at Harvey Jones Kitchens (Nottingham) were very helpful when I contacted them to explain the difficulties I was having in exploring different kitchen options because of my disability. I let them know that I was not in a position to buy a kitchen from them but would benefit from some advice on what accessibility options are available. They offered me an appointment free of charge to discuss options and manufacturers. They were very knowledgeable and made me aware of options I hadn't previously considered. It made such a difference visiting in person and actually seeing what items are available, rather than scrolling online and it was so important to learn about all the features in a detail that you just don't get on a webpage. This has helped me to really narrow down the search for what I need and make sure it is right for me.

Having dreaded the whole idea of replacing a very old kitchen, I nervously made an appointment to discuss it with Hubert Subolski at Harvey Jones.
No more nerves! He is brilliant at his job; quick, funny, knowledgeable and insightful.
It was an absolute pleasure working with him.
When the time came for the kitchen fit, Gary installed it with the calm professionalism of someone who has done this work for many years.

It's important to note that Harvey Jones design and fit the kitchen but the customer must find their own builders for old kitchen removal, first and second fix.

Harvey Jones in Edinburgh have been a great help in designing our kitchen for the renovation of our house. Sally has spent many hours with us looking at different solutions and combinations of layouts, cabinetry, doors, drawers and finishes. I personally had not realised how complicated the process could be. Sally helped us to navigate the various possibilities with great patience and skill and the final designs have turned out looking wonderful. I would have no reservations in recommending Sally and Harvey Jones to anyone considering an new kitchen.

My husband and I popped into Harvey Jones to look around the showroom with the simple expectation of assessing the Harvey Jones kitchen styles and quality. After meeting David in the Bristol branch, we left the showroom with mountains of helpful information and confidence that our space would be carefully considered for both function and design.
A discovery session was held and as always, David went above and beyond in meeting our expectations with both knowledge and design flare. The use of the space now as well as consideration for its future use was very insightful. This was followed up by a home visit that built on the ideas and plans to date. Our needs and budget were all carefully considered to provide a wonderful kitchen design that exceeded our expectations.
David’s efficiency and service provision has been outstanding leading us to place a deposit to continue to work with the company for our kitchen project in 2026.

Not sure where to start with this review or which superlatives to omit.
I had decided not to use Harvey Jones because their nearest showroom was four hours away and I told Cleo this when she rang to enquire about my project. She immediately understood my concerns but effortlessly pivoted to explaining that a virtual call with David Gregory would cost nothing and that I would not regret it. If it were not for Cleo being so gently convincing, I would not have met David. Cleo suggested sending any ideas or plans prior to the call and I prepared a detailed briefing, if I am honest, to give David “enough rope” to misunderstand and get things wrong so I could go back to my original decision. David got nothing wrong at all and was able to navigate my themes with a professional approach and insight. David then drove the four hours to my home to see my kitchen in situ, keenly observing how me, my family and guests were using it. David was with me for nearly 6 hours during which time we established a collaborative approach to my kitchen issues and solved them. He then drove back. I had got pretty fed up and despondent trying to get the kitchen I knew I wanted as “bespoke” for most suppliers means you can choose what you want from the range they supply. I was delighted to discover that Harvey Jones is not like that. David was mindful of my budget and innovative and tireless in finding cost-efficiencies. Shout out to Scott too for his input here too. I genuinely feel that David is as excited about my new kitchen as I am myself – it’s like having my own personal expert on speed dial who finds solutions to everything and thinks outside the box. Don’t let another high end Kitchen supplier poach him!

Harvey Jones and particularly Sally Hinks (Edinburgh) were very helpful in the design of our kitchen. Sally and team were highly responsive and were on hand to provide design ideas we had not considered alongside pragmatic advice to help the flow in the kitchen.

Hands down charlotte gave us the best service we have had in any renovation discussion ever. Attention to detail and knowledge of product really stood out as well as being super friendly and helpful.

Charlotte, Chloe and the rest of the team have been a joy to work with since we walked through the door. We have been working to tight deadlines and they have gone above and beyond in helping us to choose the right kitchen and units, and excellent advice around the edges for styling the space. Charlotte has been really proactive and organised, which has been invaluable.

I bought a Harvey Jones kitchen in 2014.

It has lasted very well and I have been happy with it. In 2025 we had to replace the kitchen floor which meant deinstalling the kitchen. I engaged Harvey Jones to refurbish the units and we tweaked the layout with some new units.

I am delighted with the result. It feels like a brand new kitchen. Annalisa in the Sheen office was fantastic. Brad deinstalled and reinstalled perfectly - and helped me with excellent advice about other jobs I was doing. The cabinet repair and repainting leaves them looking like new.

Not cheap. Worth every penny.

We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen from Harvey Jones Bournemouth. From inception to completion the entire process went very smoothly and we are very impressed.

Anna, our designer, was fantastic. She listened to what we wanted and brought our ideas to life with a layout that is both stylish and functional. The fitters, Step and Damien, did an excellent job of fitting the kitchen; completing everything on time and to a very high standard. The painters, Mark and Alan, were equally professional; their work was tidy, efficient and, just like the fitters, they paid attention to detail.

What also stood out was just how well any follow-up issues were handled. On the two occasions that a problem arose, Graham dealt with them very quickly and without any fuss. That kind of service really makes a difference.

We are very pleased with all aspects of our Harvey Jones experience and would happily recommend the company to anyone considering a new kitchen.

Hubert is a great designer and did a wonderful job understanding our design needs, including ensuring we have a lovely breakfast bar that sits 4, a remodelled decorative chimney breast built onto our existing chimney, cupboards designed to fit large worktop appliances like Kitchenaids, and glazed cabinets with internal lighting. Hubert helped us work to our budget, without compromising on design features, navigated us through the layout which was part of major works we were undertaking, and worked well with our builder to find solutions to deliver our kitchen plan. Towards the end, we were unsure of paint colour for cabinetry, and Hubert worked through all options with us communicating honestly and openly. He also was happy to advise on some of our additional purchases, including the chandelier and wall paint colours. Overall we had no issues other than a glass shelf and the cutlery draw accessories, everything was managed very quickly and professionally. The fitter, Gary, was amazing. The painter took exceptional care and the delivery, managed by Moe, ran like clockwork.

Lewis Buckley from the Chester Show Room, was a dream to work with. We feel so lucky to have had his help on a room that matters so much to us as a family. Our kitchen is at the centre of our home and very much at the heart of our family. Lewis took the time to get to know us and from the moment he stepped into the space you could see his brain exploding with ideas. We even moved this kitchen into a different room guided by his vision for the space. He observed our style with the huge renovation project we had undertaken and used this fuse together his own inspiration with ours taste and needs for the space. On top of his amazing talent, he’s also just one of the nicest human beings with pure passion and joy for brining these spaces to life. We were delighted with the outcome!

This was our second Harvey Jones kitchen and I wouldn’t look anywhere else!
We knew we wanted to start with the kitchen renovation first as it is the heart of the home and so having had such a great experience in our last house we headed straight back to Harvey Jones.
Henry our designer was incredibly calm and patient as we worked on our ideas and needs and his attention to detail was invaluable. His choice for paint colours and especially our work top meant he created a beautiful space we all love to spend time entertaining, creating and enjoying.
Henry was always at the end of the phone or email and quick to make adjustments as and when needed. I was able to rely on him to send information to the builders with clear plans and measurements and not to delay the project.
The after service care we have received has been second to none and I would like to thank all the team at Harvey Jones, again, for creating our dream kitchen!
