Fabulous from Start to Finish
We chose Harvey Jones Bournemouth to design and fit our new kitchen.
Our Designer was Anna and she was amazing. She is extremely skilled and takes the time to check the details of the design to ensure the kitchen will look right whilst ensuring its functionality as a working space.
We had a couple of bespoke pieces designed and Anna made sure everything would line up and be balanced.
The delivery was seamless, Philip was our fitter and he was a real craftsman. It was painted by Mark who is a perfectionist and Graham oversaw the end result which was perfect.
The kitchen looks fabulous and is a pleasure to spend time in and to cook in. We are over the moon with the professionalism of Harvey Jones team and their service kitchen is beautiful.
We would totally recommend Anna and the whole Harvey Jones Bournemouth team.

Amazing service and quality
I couldn’t recommend Harvey Jones Nottingham more! We recently had to have our kitchen pulled out unexpectedly due to water damage and Bethan was so flexible and helpful at working with us to get the quotes sorted for the insurance company before fully diving into designing our new dream kitchen and utility room. I had a pretty specific idea of what I wanted in my head and Bethan worked with me to design exactly what I wanted but used her amazing eye for layout and design to improve the flow of our kitchen so so much. She was so patient with me while I figured out what exactly I wanted and turned around designs so quickly.
When it came down to instillation the lovely Gary popped round to do our survey and he was so knowledgeable and helpful with answering all the questions we had to prep the space for instillation.
On instillation day as the cabinets were being unloaded it was like each piece was an individual beautiful piece of furniture that were then all slotted together so skillfully by the very talented Richard who was so thorough and made sure every little thing was perfect. He was so friendly and an absolute delight to have in our home for the install.
As they designed a new kitchen for me there were a few little niggles in the process, which is to be fully expected when doing any remodel, but the customer service was incredible and it was all sorted out asap.
Now that the kitchen is finished I am overwhelmed by not only how beautiful it is, but also by the quality of my spectacular new kitchen! Everything feels solid and like it will last a lifetime. I also love that if I get bored of it in 10 years time they offer a service where they can spray your doors a new colour so if you feel like you want to change things up you can.
I honestly could not recommend them more. Every step of the way the team has been phenomenal and I’m over the moon with my dream kitchen!

We opted to go with Harvey Jones for a kitchen we were installing in an extension, and we weren't disappointed. The kitchen is absolutely stunning! Great quality, beautiful design, and good workmanship on the installation. The staff in the showroom were exceptionally helpful in helping us narrow down what we wanted and designed exactly what we had in mind. Everyone has commented on what a beautiful kitchen it is. We are very pleased with the result.

The kitchen is good quality but I found…
The kitchen is good quality but I found the company’s policies quite unreasonable. They have extremely punitive charges if the kitchen delivery is delayed. We were doing a building project and there was no flexibility around this and our builders found Harvey Jones hard to deal with. When the kitchen was painted, the painter said he wasn’t allowed to leave us with the leftover opened paint. We have a few places that need touching up but will have to get a new batch of paint mixed up which is unlikely to be as good a match. I wouldn’t recommend this company overall.

We have just had our kitchen renovated…
We have just had our kitchen renovated and chose Harvey Jones after looking at a few different options. Hubert from the Battersea show room was great in helping us design the kitchen we wanted, and the installation went extremely smoothly with fitters/painters who were very professional and worked extremely diligently. Overall very happy with our new kitchen and the whole process.

We visited Stacey at the Bicester showroom after having a Harvey Jones Kitchen fitted. We were looking for some ideas for our dining room and Stacey was so helpful and spent a lot of time with us going through options.

Kitchen Sale Trafford
I chose Harvey Jones as I wanted a high quality finish to my kitchen. Opted for the Hampton range and very happy with my choice. Fantastic customer service form start to finish from initial consultation with Jenna, to site coordinator visits. Jan did a fantastic job painting my cabinetry. Can't wait to get using my lovely kitchen.

Highly recommended. Excellent service from start to finish from Anna in the Westbourne office who was willing to go that extra mile in terms of customer service and making the whole installation process (and dealing with our builders!) as smooth as possible. The quality of the fitting, installation and finishing (paintwork and snag fixing etc.) was also very thorough and we are delighted with our Harvey Jones kitchen!

Hubert and Juliet were a pleasure to…
Hubert and Juliet were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Hubert’s easy, calm nature combined with his design sense, responsiveness and extremely thorough and practical approach put us incredibly at ease and the finished product was fantastic. In Hubert’s rare absence Juliet was always on hand to step in and quickly problem solve and I cannot recommend them highly enough as a design team. The fitter for the kitchen also did an excellent job and I definitely wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Hubert was great
I’ve ben really impressed by this company and the attention Hubert gave to our project. They have a lovely showroom in Heal’s in London which I really recommend going to. The kitchens are beautifully made and Hubert has a really good design eye.

Our designer Hagar, was a pleasure to work alongside. She listened to the brief and came up with great ideas and suggestions. She was very prompt in getting her designs back to us which were always amazing! Her attention to detail is great! We wish Hagar all the best for her future kitchen projects and in making someone else's dream kitchen come to life. We would definitely recommend Hagar again!

Outstanding service from Bethan (Nottingham)
Bethan from the Nottingham office could not have been more helpful. We had a clear idea of what we wanted and she brought this to life and kept costs down whilst keeping the top end design and finish. Although there were a few glitches with the fitting these were speedily resolved. The wrap around care for the whole process that Bethan provided was outstanding. Any problem that was not solved she solved!

Our 20 year old Harvey Jones kitchen looks new! Thank you Annalisa for your care, expertise and organisation . Nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you Brad for your amazing technical skill and fixing all the things others had failed to fix over years. Thank you Paul for beautifully repaired painted cupboards that look like they did in 2004. Highly Recommended.
