From start to finish couldn't be more impressed with the service and quality of HJ. With only a small kitchen and me changing my mind a lot, I was never made to feel that my indecisiveness was a problem and I received great advice and suggestions throughout the design fitting and painting! After a concerning start due to HJ administration we finally agreed a design and a way forward with the new HJ. Once all design went into manufacture the rest went very smoothly and spot on with the programme schedule we were issued. The units are extremely well made, the installation team were amazing and the painter was very particular and the overall finish superb.

From the moment we started working with Charlotte at Harvey Jones, we knew she was the one. She has a remarkable ability to make the whole kitchen design process feel easy and fun. Charlotte has such a keen eye for detail and incredible taste - she made the most thoughtful suggestions, expertly incorporating my love for Matilda Goad and a few of our favourite Instagram accounts. It felt like she truly understood the assignment and what we wanted. Her patience and kindness throughout the process meant the world to us. We honestly couldn’t have done it without her. Charlotte, you’re beyond awesome! A huge thank you exceeding our every expectation and turning our dream kitchen into a reality. We’re over-the-moon and can’t wait to have it installed. We've met Lewis on 3 occasions now. He's great and with much, much better taste than me. If everybody applied the same thoughtfulness and expertise to their jobs as he does...I'd be delighted. What an outstanding ambassador for HJ Kitchens; he has made what I thought might be an onerous experience something I've ( almost ) enjoyed :-). Great transparency on price as well.

My experience has been nothing short of great! Hagar has been amazing: patient, knowledgeable and supportive. Great design advice and now for agreement on the final details before the order is placed and the kitchen production begins! So excited to see my new kitchen when fitted, and Hagar is almost just as excited!

Working with Lewis in Harvey Jones was an amazing experience when it come to making huge decisions about our kitchen and living space. Nothing was too much trouble for Lewis, he went above and beyond to help us, so much so he is part of the family. We are beyond delighted with what we have created together with Lewis, it exceeded our expectations. We would recommend Harvey Jones, especially Lewis who not only listens to your ideas, brings his own and together makes the perfect room.

We had a Harvey Jones Kitchen that had been installed some 13yrs previously and were planning on a side return extension. We asked HJ to help us design a layout for the new kitchen, refurbishing the existing units and adding some additional ones. Gard was hugely enthusiastic about the project and nothing was too much trouble. His creativity and endless patience throughout meant everything ran smoothly. And, thanks to the awesome expertise of Gary the fitter and Scot's painting you cannot tell the difference between the old and new units and we are absolutely delighted with our 'new' kitchen.

I enquired with Harvey Jones a few years ago and have had my kitchen installed for over a year and it is still immaculate.

We visited the Winchester showroom and met Graham who we instantly liked to discuss a new kitchen that we unexpectedly had to replace. Timing was important to us and Graham and the team were sensitive to this and the kitchen delivered, fitted and painted within a couple of months. We are thrilled with our new kitchen and would not hesitate to recommend Graham, Jamie who fitted the kitchen and Mark who painted it.

Our Harvey Jones kitchen has been in place for 18 months now and we're delighted with it. We were impressed with the quality of the cabinetry from the start and while the cost was higher than we'd originally planned to spend, we decided this was well worth it for an excellent-quality kitchen that will hopefully last a lifetime. Our designer at the Milton Keynes branch, Hagar, was a delight to work with. She listened carefully to our ideas and gave us lots of helpful suggestions and ideas of her own. We worked together to create a timeless kitchen that we can repaint and refresh when needed. We changed our minds quite a few times but Hagar was always patient and friendly, and understood the importance of getting the detail right. Hagar was especially good at finding ways of reducing the cost where needed (for example, a walk-in pantry and shelving to reduce the amount of cabinetry). Our new kitchen was installed as part of a building project and Hagar was brilliant at liaising with our architect and builders to ensure everything was on track. She's also been very helpful when I've had queries since the installation and always gets back to me promptly. I'd highly recommend Hagar and Harvey Jones and have no regrets about choosing them to design and supply our kitchen.

We visited Hubert at the Northcote Road branch in London and he was so helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and wonderful with our daughter who was taking great interest in the countertop samples! Wonderful designer who had brilliant ideas for our kitchen, turned around our quotes super quickly and was utterly lovely to work with. Highly recommended!

Since the kitchen was installed over a decade ago, the team at Harvey Jones has always gone the extra mile to unquestioningly and cheerfully lend a hand with professional competence and in a timely manner. Having purchased our kitchen from the Brighton & Hove branch of Harvey Jones back in 2015, it was still going strong almost 10 years later and then disaster struck early this year, when a leaking pipe in our bathroom caused major damage to our kitchen walls and ceiling. Zaynah couldn't have been more helpful and efficient during what turned out to be 5 stressful months of repairs, helping us to replace shelving and temporarily move a sink unit and worktop. Out of all the suppliers we've had to use to get our kitchen back to normal, Zaynah and the team were by far the most professional and reliable. A special shout out, too, to surveyor Darren for his help, knowledge and cheeriness during visits to our home and to carpenter Iain who did an amazing refit job.

Update (Installation journey - 1 to 2 stars):
The below information on the design process still stands (and would deserve more than the maximum 5 stars!).
However, we have had an awful experience with the installations team. The communication we've had from Harvey Jones has been incredibly poor; from sending the wrong (and outdated) plans to the fitter, to tradespeople that just didn't turn up - I would have expected the installations team to be on top of it. We've had damages and missing parts that we're yet to receive. The organisation and planning has not met the standard expected for a company that prides itself on being 'premium'.
Fitting began at the beginning of October, and at the end of December, we're still awaiting completion.

We could have never imagined that going through the process of designing a kitchen could be so fun!
Charlotte has been incredible throughout - kind, knowledgeable, helpful, and an absolute super star.
From the initial design appointments, through to agreeing the plans with a nice cup of tea - everything was perfect. And as an absolute bonus, there was often a puppy to cuddle/melt your heart! <-- good sales tactics there! ;)
Between Charlotte and Zaynah, there wasn't a question that couldn't be answered. Charlotte also went above and beyond by talking to suppliers to get us the best options for our various requests.
We now have a beautifully designed kitchen that exceeds our expectations and we absolutely cannot wait to have it fitted!
Alongside the kitchen design itself, we found Charlotte hugely friendly, interesting and kind. We're going to miss seeing her in the Hove showroom on a Saturday morning, discussing cake, travelling (thank you for the local recommendations in Vienna) and interior design!

Having researched other kitchen companies we chose Harvey Jones based on the quality of their product and people. Georgina Hall in the St.Albans branch was a delight to work with. She instinctively knew how to turn the vision in my head into a reality, paying attention to every detail and supporting us through the process. From initial meetings to installation we’ve been really impressed with the Harvey Jones team. The end result is a kitchen we absolutely love.

We are currently in the process of having our Harvey Jones kitchen installed. Charlotte from the Hove showroom designed our kitchen for us and has been a wonderful point of contact throughout the process. We worked together to create the perfect design for us and she was happy and patient to make sure it was just right. We can’t wait for installation to start and I feel confident we’ll be supported through the rest of the process.

My initial contact with Harvey Jones was with Lewis the designer at the Chester branch showroom. I already had a very clear plan for my kitchen which needed to be fitted into a very compact space. At the initial home visit we produced a working model which was then refined into a design which fulfilled my requirements and which was realistically achievable. After a few inconveniences with delivery of appliances I now have the kitchen which I aspired to and am absolutely delighted with the end result. Final visits from my installation manager and Lewis himself have given me confidence that I will continue to receive long term Harvey Jones support for my kitchen installation.

We have recently finished our kitchen project and are over the moon with the result. We were in two minds about going with Harvey jones versus a cheaper high street kitchen company but we are so glad we made the decision we did. The quality and finish of the kitchen is outstanding and I know it will last a long time. Beth Greet guided us through the design process and has been a huge asset to the project. She was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and friendly in her approach. She was easy to contact and got back to us right away. She had brilliant tips on making the kitchen user friendly as well as looking incredible. She also fielded a lot of queries behind the scene making our experience very smooth.

Recently completed our kitchen remodel. Really pleased with the service received. Was overwhelmed by all the choices even after we had decided a rough design. Charlotte Dubery my designer booked out a Saturday afternoon to sit down and work it all through which was so helpful and broke through the analysis paralysis!

The design is great. Only feedback would be for Harvey Jones to consider at least some basic levels of customisation I.e painted bookshelf / larder drawers for the Hampton Range. We ended up going to a 3rd party carpenter for these bits as these weren’t offered unless going for the Heritage range.

Lucy was amazing, really friendly and helpful and the products are really good quality.
