Employee Gemma asked if she could help. Pointed us in right direction of what we were looking for. Then left us to decide and come to her re any questions. I leave if staff too pushy. She was very helpful and answered our queries no problem.

We made our purchase from Harvey Norman Hollywood exchange. Kevin assisted us with all the details and organised our delivery as promised on agreed time. Kevin is great, (5 stars).
We ordered Rosie 2 seater and 1 seater sofa. 2 seater sofa is just lovely and as we wanted. 1 seater looks bit bulky for our space. Great service! Overall had a great experience!!!

Davy and his incredible customer service
Had the best experience in this store in the Hollywood exchange today . My fiance and I were looking at purchasing a new couch but he suffers from Tourette’s syndrome and Davy was so understanding and patient. Helped us through the finance process and honestly made us feel so comfortable. Wouldn’t have even noticed the couch he showed us until he took the time to bring us around and accommodated us so well. 100% be back even just to give this man another sale !!!! 10/10 customer service .

Bed came with a missing part
Bed came with a missing part , part ordered, came to fit part and it didn’t line up , had to come back again with complete new bed , not fault off assembly guys , my partner had to take off 2 days then I had to get out off work for the 3rd time off them coming

Very helpful sales person, nothing seemed any trouble arranging delivery and fitting of new product, system issue meant third party contractor didnt install as arranged, the store then refunded without any quibble, would definitely shop in Harvey Norman again

Replacement Laptop
I needed to replace a 'delicate' laptop with sturdier model but with similar size, capacity and speed. I was dealt with by Reece who guided me professionally to my eventual choice.

All Round Excellent Service
Excellent service and updates from Harvey Norman Holywood N.I. They went to great lengths to get the cooker of our choice. Delivery was on time and drivers were experienced absolutely no problem getting cooker from van to kitchen.
