Delivery personnel were on time, respectful of property and very friendly. They set up sofas and chair, checked the electrics and removed all packaging. Very efficient service.

Item dumped in house and refused to build even though paid for. Showed invoice and talked to shop that confirmed needed built but still refused. Owner of delivery team called and repeatedly talked over me and cut me off when trying to advise the issue and then hung up without letting me speak. When I called the branch I was advised by sales rep that said logistics owner advised I sore and cursed at them which is a fabrication. The worst experience of customer care I’ve ever had to endure.

Extremely impressed by the professional manner in which the delivery team delivered my order, helpful and polite, clearing all the packaging left me nothing to do but enjoy my new suite. Thank you guys.

Called in looking for a washing machine. Sales guy was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Ordered on Monday and it was delivered on Tuesday. Got a call on Tuesday morning from Daniel to say the delivery driver that was bringing my delivery had to go home but he was gonna do his deliveries as well as his own but it would be a late delivery at around 7pm. Sure enough at 7pm delivery arrived. That’s going above and beyond helping out a colleague like that. Great service and a Xmas bonus is well deserved.

Stephen in tv sales was very knowledgeable and helpful during the purchase of a high end LG TV.

The TV I was wanting to buy was out of stock, so the assistant, Stephen M sold us the one on display, he wrapped it I. Bible wrap and carried it out to my car, very helpful.

The entire process of buying our new settees was made simply by John at Holywood Exchange. He had a lovely way about him and wasn’t too pushy.

Loved the tracking system the delivery firm used, it let us understand exactly what time the guys would arrive. The boys arrived and got stuck in straight away, nothing was too difficult for them, highly recommend!

ADAM from belfast hollywood exchange, was so helpful and friendly, he knew what i wanted and what i didnt want in a fridge freezer after a few questions id asked him. As i was stuck between 2 of silmar products, he helped me choose the right one for us.

I ordered a mattress on 24/09/2025 and paid in full on that date. I was advised it could take 4-6 weeks for delivery. My mattress was delivered on 12 /11/2025 - 7 weeks later. All other aspects of my purchase were satisfactory.

I have just had the best customer service experience at Harvey Norman. I bought a TV for my elderly father as well as Bluetooth headphones but when I got home the TV did not have Bluetooth. I went back and explained that the very helpful guy that sold them to me said they would work. A great guy called Stephen who seemed extremely knowledgeable said that since I was sold them with the understanding that they would work with the TV, then they would do what they could to help. They ended up giving me a much more expensive pair of headphones at no extra cost to me. I was absolutely delighted with the wonderful service I received. Also, the girl working on the till was brilliant too. Such friendly, helpful staff. I'm going back this week to buy a TV for ourselves after having such a great experience at Harvey Norman. Thank you!
