Jayden was excellent in guiding us around, sharing information and answering our questions, which led to us returning the following day to buy our TV.
Jayden made us think about where the TV should be placed in our home and the impact of light on the screen.

No items after a month and still trying to get anywhere!
Ordered 2 headphones for pickup at nearest store, had a call to say only one in store and they would send it to another store so they could dispatch 2 to my address. Over a month on and no delivery, online contact form gets no response and online chat is useless, first one said spoken to store and will get call then second says they’ve emailed store to call me. Items not even online anymore…… Absolutely useless and do not recommend!

Perfect delivery
Text came the day before and on the day another text gave a tracker and time for delivery. Perfect planning. Two men making delivery were quick and efficient, polite and courteous. They unpacked and placed the items. We are very happy with the service.
