5* very much deserved, fantastic knowledgeable and helpful sales staff. Quality products with a huge range to choose from. The aftersales service is fantastic which is extremely hard to find nowadays with a special mention to Lisa McCarthy who went over and beyond to ensure a completely fantastic service. Terrible service
Terrible service. Booked a day off to receive a bed, mattress and headboard. Rang on morning to say they couldn’t locate it in the warehouse and needed to cancel. Went onto say was there anything they could do to out if right !!! Yes deliver my bed. Said their warehouse manager had left and things had gone to put! Asked for a refund had to go in stiff yo do that. Unbelievable experience will never shop there again

Harvey Norman were prepared to price match against competitor online. Staff member Prescious was friendly, well mannered and worked hard to put together the package that we were happy with. We were happy with our experience.

⭐ Sent me a used camera when I paid for brand new
Absolutely awful experience. I ordered a Kodak PIXPRO FZ55 that was advertised and sold as brand new, but what arrived was very clearly someone else's return.
The box had already been opened and was damaged, the camera was dirty and visibly used, and it even still had the previous owner's photos on it. To make matters worse, they had left the previous customer's Jessops invoice inside the package, which proves the camera had already been purchased by somebody else.
I paid for a brand-new camera, not a used customer return. If I wanted a second-hand camera, I would have bought one and paid a second-hand price.
Really disappointing and completely unacceptable. I would strongly recommend checking anything you receive from this seller carefully, especially if you've paid for an item advertised as new.
