Kaua was amazing
Kaua was amazing! He was so pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Anyone looking for anything in the tech department should ask for Kaua. He is knowledgeable and a great salesman without making me feel like I was being pushed. Keep up the great work Kaua!

My sofa collapsed after just 8 months…
My sofa collapsed after just 6 months of normal use. Harvey Norman’s response? They blamed me for “plonking” on it and refused to repair, replace or refund it.
A sofa collapsing after eight months is completely unacceptable. Instead of standing behind their product, Harvey Norman chose to blame the customer.
I would not recommend buying furniture from Harvey Norman. Very disappointing product and even worse customer service

I got all furnitures and electronics…
I got all furnitures and electronics from them for my new house. Dealing with them is easier. Their stuffs are friendly and helpful. They are my preferred shop in Ireland.

We were browsing in the computer section & were gently asked by ANIL if we had any questions. He was quiet, knowledgeable, really helpful & not at all "pushy" ( which can be difficult to deal with).
We bought the computer!

Went into Harvey Norman this morning to get new laptop for school. As a special education teacher I need something quick but also reliable. Was also looking for something under €1k with touch screen features. Anil was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He spoke me through the different ones. Was very clear with everything. Highly recommend going in and asking for Anil. Very knowledgeable and absolute legend!
