The Canon lens I bought had a dust particle between the first and second element which I found when I got home. Phoned immediately and said I would be returning it and asked the girl to check they had a replacement. Confirmed one was available. Back at the store the replacement was ready, it was exchanged and I was away again within 5 minutes.

Product arrived when scheduled and exactly as described. The only problem is that there is no written manual. Everything is online, which is not helpful when one is trying to learn.

First time buying from this retailer…
First time buying from this retailer and can only say absolutely fantastic service, ordered item yesterday afternoon and courier delivered it to me today Saturday. Talk about on the ball it seems the retailer and delivery partner are a match made in heaven, I will definitely buy from HN again. I can find nothing at all negative in this transaction and I highly endorse the Company!

Terrible service
Ordered washing machine online for pick up, received an email order was ready. When arrived at the store was told warehouse was closed and had to wait for one hour to receive my washing machine.

I had a fantastic experience thanks to a young gentleman named Liam who went above and beyond from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right option. I am not very computer savy however Everything was explained clearly, and he made the whole process smooth and stress‑free.

I received the wrong item in my order
I received the wrong item in my order. I originally ordered the DJI Mic Mini, but instead I was sent the DJI Mic 2.
Please advise on how to proceed with returning the incorrect item and receiving the correct product I ordered.
The order also included a DJI Nano camera, and that item is fine.
