Both Sunny and Kyle were exceptionally helpful, patient and understanding. White City hassleblad is local to me and very convenient for fixing my drone. I appreciate the help Sunny gave me with resetting a drone for me: i wouldnt have been able to do this myself without a lot of difficulty. So many thanks Sunny and Kyle😌

Hasselblad offers great cameras but very low customer service and customer support, considering the price point of their products. I have been a Hasselblad user for 10 years and have bought almost everything they have produced in the last 10 years. I have slowly watched their customer service levels drop, from some of their distribution centers, and 2025 was by far the worst year for Hasselblad customer service. I have been trying to find someone within Hasselblad to acknowledge the feedback based on some of my personal experiences over the last year, but no one from any of their offices will acknowledge the feedback and even CEO Paul Bram, who I have emailed several times, will not respond to any feedback regarding the poor customer service levels. Leica has a similar quality at similar price point, but Leica offers far better customer service and customer support, and do this reason, Hasselblad will not see future business from me until they do something about their lack of customer service. They should be investing more time in this area of their business before they lose more of their long term supporters.

Their handmade in Sweden product came defect, the defect can easily spot within 2 mins if you leave it on.

That implies quite inconsistent QA.

Their CS does nth but politely informing you there will be a delay, implying a week on processing, and your money will stay with them longer, and you can only wait, nothing else.

Paying over $7000 for a product, I would have expected better QA and service.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience ordering from the Hasselblad US Store. Unexplained delays and lack of communication, no replies to email messages, and no proactive updates or clarity about the delay. What’s even worse is the customer service: the online support has been rude, unhelpful, and seemingly uninterested in resolving anything.
For a company that markets itself as the pinnacle of photographic excellence, this level of service is simply unacceptable. It erodes confidence, diminishes the excitement of owning their products, and ultimately makes the brand seem unworthy of the prestige it works so hard to project. Until Hasselblad improves its customer care and order fulfillment, it’s hard to recommend purchasing directly from them.
