Our order of chili rellenos arrived thawed and the company will not refund nor reship. They say it’s safe to refreeze and consume. This is not safe. Very disappointed and beware.

Great chiles made a great red chile sauce per your recipe. What I don't understand was the shipping insurance charge(?).

Really glad to hear about the recipe! So glad you are enjoying the chiles. The Shipping Insurance is there to cover for loss theft or damage to the package and it is optional you can add this or remove it at the time of checkout. Hope this helps for next time!

Everything went smoothly until I used…
Everything went smoothly until I used PayPal to pay & didn’t notice it automatically filled the shipping address with my old one. There was no way for me to correct it myself so had to wait through the weekend to contact staff to fix. Stressful but all worked out & roasted green chiles are delicious!

I am disappointed in the quality of your pinto beans . Very large numbers of split and broken bean pieces and skins in this 10lb bag . Also , these beans are rather small in size . I'm comparing them to my favorite brand of pinto beans - Casserole brand - your Hatch beans not as good . Much pricier , too !

The Chilies were medium heat and were just as advertised and had a wonderful flavor. They were canned in January and were purchased in November so they shelf was reduced otherwise I would have rated them as a five.
