Love the dry posole
Love the dry posole , it does make a lot with one bag. And the Salsa is very good. I liked the Mama Salsa a little better, it was more spicy than the Papa one. But they were both really good:)

I changed my order to Hot after I…
I changed my order to Hot after I submitted it. Everything arrived frozen and in perfect condition. I left New Mexico and more recently Arizona one year ago. I've already used one pound package. I'm going to have to use it more sparing because as a widowed senior, I'm now living on a much more limited income.

Easy to order
Easy to order, quick to ship. I ordered fresh & frozen. Great packaging, the Chilis are really good. the frozen peeled Chilis are packaged very nicely for the freezer. I'm thoroughly enjoying them, and will all winter.

Fantastic find!
Easy to order, excellent info and communication about delivery. And I LOVE the product. Only thing better than smell of fresh hatch chilies is roasting Hatch chilies!!

Chilies & Beans
We bought two batches of chilies this year, absolutely love them. Both shipments had two chilies that should have been culled.
Shipping was was good and timely. Pricing is pretty high, but boy those chilies!
Beans were Great nice and fresh and clean!

I was raised in NM, live in HI.
Our chilies arrived in HI fresh and ready for roasting. They were packaged perfectly to keep them fresh and safe. They arrived quickly from across the sea. You brought NM to my new home on the Big Island of Hawaii.
