I ordered from Heonai correction pillows anti snore pillows,tried them and could"nt get used too them and emailed Heonai and they were so helpfull and very understanding,that i did"nt get on with them and that i wanted to return them.They were very helpfull all the way when contacting them for return addresses and they kept in touch all the time until they received there goods back.I would recommend this company and use again.

Had a poor experience with Hatmeo a couple years ago, but have continued to be attracted to the unique, well-priced products they offer. Decided to give them another chance & ordered Women’s Slim Fit Tank Top with Built-in Bra. Accurate sizing continues to be an issue. The garment was exactly what I wanted but was too small. I requested exchange for a larger size. Was pleasantly surprised by prompt customer service & a satisfactory offer for exchange. In addition, I was not required to send the too-small item(s) back - so was able to donate them to charity. Thank you to Hatmeo!

Gute laufenden Unterstützung und Problemlösung bei einer Fehllieferung durch den Kundendienst. Quaität der Ware kann ich noch nicht beurteilen weil die Ersatzlieferung noch unterwegs ist.

Hatte irrtümlich bestellt und die Stornierung erfolgte ohne Probleme.

Noch nie so einen unmöglichen BH gehabt. Bei jeder 2. Bewegung rutscht das Ding hoch über die Brust.
Das Material ist viel zu labberig und bietet keinerlei Haltungsunterstützung.
Gar nicht zu empfehlen!!! Und dann habe ich mich auch noch verleiten lassen, 2 von den Dingern zu kaufen! 🫣😡

ich hatte eine Ultraschallzahnbürste bestellt. die erste Zahnbürste kam schon defekt an. Dann ging der Emailmarathon mit VIP kundies los. Nach langen Hin- und her bekam ich dann eine Ersatzzahnbürste. Diese hat knapp 4 Wochen funktioniert. Dann konnte ich sie auf einmal nicht mehr laden. Das habe ich dann dem Kundendienst per Email mitgeteilt. auch hier begann ein Emailmarathon erneut. Jetzt werde ich nur eine weitere Ersatzlieferung bekommen, wenn ich eine positive Bewertung schreibe. Ich habe Ihnen geschrieben, dass ich keine positive Bewertung schreiben werde und das es ihre Pflicht ist, eine neue heile Ultaschallburste zu liefern. die Lieferungen dauern extrem lange. Dieser Shop werde ich nie wieder besuchen. Kann nur jedem empfehlen dort nichts zu bestellen.

Objednal jsem si z nabídky pánské boty. Doručení proběhlo v pořádku, jen velikost mi nevyhovovala. Po skontaktu se zákaznickým servisem jsem dostal nabídku si je ponechat a za výraznou slevu mi pošlou dle mého výběru jiné s požadovanou velikostí. Mohu pochválit, že vyřízení proběhlo rychle a bez problémů
