Zum Kaufpreis von 42,99 € kam noch (ungefragt) eine Summe von 2,99 € als Rückgabeversicherung hinzu. Geliefert wurde erst nach längerer Lieferzeit. Meine Mail-Rückfragen wurden von immer neuen Absendern beantwortet. Das gelieferte Kissen war ein schmales Füllstoffkissen ohne jegliche ergonomische Form, viel zu dick. Billiger Schund und für mich völlig nutzlos.
Finger weg !!!

What an experience...

I had a small issue with a titanium cutting board which was very quickly dealt with by Customer Services with a replacement board and free postage. Will use the company again. Five star review. Thank you

I ordered 2 pillows. They let me know they were ordered twice. I didn't order them twice it must have been an admin mistake. However after a few emails it was all sorted and the second order was cancelled and refunded.very prompt response from the customer service team. I must add the pillows arrived and are really good quality. Best night's sleep I have had in a while

I had a genuine reason for cancelling an order and the company was really understanding and without any problems organised a refund. This is an example of of good service so I will not hesitate to order other items in the future

I made a mistake in my order. It was totally my mistake but they worked with me to stop the shipment and refund my payment. That is a company I will do business with in the future!

Ordered some items and inadvertently had the wrong address for delivery. Hatmeo sent me an email to alert me and asked for updated address details. That done I received notice acknowledging they had corrected my details and resent the item all without charging me extra postage. Great service and a wonderful experience from Hatmeo. Thank you!

Helpful customer service when I inadvertently ordered same item twice

I have had no issues at all and everything arrived on time and in excellent condition.
I have ordered many bras from this company.

I have ordered twice by mistake and a refund is being processed.

I had trouble with my adult electric toothbrush not working, e-mailed the company got a reply straight back sent them videos of said item, they are going to send me a new one.😁

I get my money back, because I payed two times.

We ordered two pillows but decided to cancel the order because my wife no longer needed them . Mia was very helpful and arranged a prompt refund of £74.99 . Thank you for really good customer service ! Roy T
