I ordered two bras but they were not the right size. I emailed customer service and they immediately responded. They will send me replacement bras at the correct size. as long as I pay shipping costs. They were very polite and curteous. I would definitely recommend this company for its excellent customer service. Annette Rodeiro

Although my package arrived damaged, the company promptly responded and is sending a replacement. Of the two items I received, the one that was not broken, works beautifully.

After receiving goods that were damaged I was very pleased to be told that they would be replaced. I haven't yet received the new goods but I'm sure they will be here within the next day or so .

This company is a sham, they have refused consistently to provide me with a returns address, they have used delaying tactic after delaying tactic and to top it off, they have stated that they will only act when I have posted a 5 star review!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I will be reporting them to trading standards.

Ich habe 2 Kissen gekauft. Diese entsprechen nicht das was im Shop angeboten wird. Finger weg!!! Schlechte Qualität. Hatme weigert sich eine Rückerstattung zu machen und will, dass man die Ware nach China zurücksendet. Dann wurde noch angeboten die Kissen zu behalten und eine Rückerstattung von 8 €!!?? Sehr unseriös und Betrug!!
