Hatton Jewellers Opiniões

Very poor Customer Service, not a real gold dealer. I will be advising as many people as possible on Social Media to stay away.

It seems Hatton Jewellers didn’t like this review and spat there dummy’s out. The good thing about Trustpilot is you can get honest reviews out in the public before they part with there money.

Excellent customer service, item well presented and packaged. Same day dispatch and next day delivery. Very pleased with my purchase. Would highly recommend.

Purchased a half sovereign coin mount online for my boys 18th, got sent the wrong product. Took ages to get through on the phone, and eventually was told the one I had purchased was out of stock, so they just sent the wrong thing. Now got to send it back for a refund. I'm still being sent emails asking to buy again when I know it's out of stock. Not good service. This is my order number so you know I'm being honest 1000085894

Can’t wait to wear the beautiful gold bangle when my birthday arrives - I was delighted when I saw it. I was impressed with the very smart packaging and certificates, the quick response to my queries and the company’s competitive pricing.

Trust worthy

This is the second purchase I have made. So pleased to have found this company. Good value and professional.

Hello I kept looking at the ring I coveted trying to make up my mind whether to buy or not. It is difficult when you cannot go to the shop and try on. I decided to bite the bullet and buy and am so glad I did. The ring is lovely thank you Hatton Jewellers

I had very quick responses to my emailed questions, the purchase was quick and easy and the item arrived right on time.

Fantastic thank you i would highly recommend

Great products. Fast response. Quick delivery. Online chat is a great feature on the website.

Will Definitely use this company again.

Lovely jewellery quick secure post good value for money will shop again in future

Ordered a chain which arrived very quickly. I tried it on and was happy with the quality but decided to exchange for a shorter one. Return was very straightforward, albeit at my expense, but I don't have a problem with that. Receipt confirmed the next day (which was a Saturday), gave my instructions for exchange and received the replacement on Tuesday morning. I was much more impressed with the way these guys present their wares online compared with say, H Samuel. Don't forget though - don't cut that seal off until you have decided to keep the goods!
