It’s cute but shorter than I expected. The quality’s actually really good though, so I might just layer it. Took a bit longer to ship, that’s all.

Lieferung dauerte 6 Wochen. Es gab keine Antwort auf mehrere Mails zur Nachfrage. Der gelieferte Mantel ist nur Müll, man kann es nicht anziehen. Vermutlich noch voll von giftigen Chemikalien. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit der Rückgabe.

Common theme...total scam. I ordered shoes...which took weeks to arrive since they came from China. Wanted a refund - only offered 40% of the price, but I could keep the shoes (which were not what I actually ordered in the first place). I said I wanted a full refund and would return the shoes, but that would have cost more than what I paid since the return address was in Spain. Customer service has been very quick to respond, but it's been a complete charade pretending they'd refund a negotiated 70% of original price. The rep "Julia" has done a fine job keeping up the cover story. So...it's a complete ripoff...don't get sucked in!

Returns are a difficult ,they want you to return to an address in another country
The Merchandise I received took over one month to arrive , was not as described , it is cheap looking , it does not fit well, the garment is unfinished looking and unlined .

The customer experience give me the feeling that they could be Fraudulent altogether misrepresenting themselves to the US consumer

They should be reported to the FBI ‘s International crimes unit for defrauding customers .

I went to return the very cheaply made product that took over a month to receive and this is what they said in an email to me:

I am suggesting that those of us who has been defrauded by these two online retail companies such as Havery Ridge and DUVAL should sign an online petition against them and report these company to Interpol and FBI for the financial fraud and organized crimes that they have perpetuated against all of us. These two companies are nothing but a criminal enterprise, once they take your payment, that is the beginning of trouble.
I also think we should take Google to task for advertising fake companies on their platforms

DO NOT BUY. 5 weeks to deliver and then product was NOTHING like what was advertised/pictured. Super cheap, poor quality.

I ordered a linen shirt which took weeks to receive. The quality of the shirt was thin and didn't look like normal linen.It was way too big (size small) so I tried to return and get a refund. They told me to keep the shirt and I would receive a refund. After corresponding with them via email several times they said they would give me 60 percent refund. I have talked to them since June and they continue to respond my refund is on the way. I finally told them I could care less now, I would just report them to BBB and give them the lowest reviews I could. I have never worked with a company this bad! Do not order from this low rated company. Read reviews first!

Cheap chinese stuff. Nothing like what is on their website. Do not buy.

Don't expect much. I checked return policy before ordering and felt good that was an option. It took two months to get my product. Quality was sub-par. I followed the procedure to email them to get a return. Guess what...I learned I would have to pay to ship the return to Germany from USA to do the return and then they offered just to give me 25% refund if I didn't want to go to the trouble. It's a game! We settled on a 50% refund and I will never buy from them again! Now I have to watch to see if I ever get the refund. Again, I'm not expecting much.

I wanted to return an item and they demanded an extraordinary amount to do so. Instead, they agreed to refund me 50% of the item (only $40!). After more than ten emails, obviously handled by a chatbot telling me "your refund is on the way", I of course gave up. HAVERYRIDGE IS A SCAM. STAY AWAY FROM IT.

Zero stars it took 3 months to get my money back for a linen top I ordered . Was not linen did not look like the pictures at all . Was a cheap temu rag that’s probably an insult to temu! Horrible do not order from these scammers!!!!

This company is fraudulent. My clothing came and I wouldn't have my dog wear anything from them. They offered a partial refund and it NEVER came. I'll be reporting them to the BBB.

All they do is lie and stall. Very BAD.

I looked at a coat and made a purchase. BUT right after that they were adding more and more things. Flashing on my screen and they had my card! I realized I made a mistake and they’re a scam. I called IMMEDIATELY and canceled. The item was never shipped and I didn’t receive anything. BUT they would not refund my money. Someone named Julia was emailing me. She stated in writing that my order was canceled and they’re were « working on your refund ». This went on for more than three weeks. Continual emails with me asking and Julia stating « my superiors are working on it ». I finally created a claim with PayPal and my money was returned 2 weeks later. What a nightmare. And I can only imagine how cheap their clothing is.

Please read this BEFORE you order from Havery Ridge. I will never order an item from this company. Before I ordered from them I checked their return policy which said: If you return undamaged items within 30 days of receipt you would receive a full refund. They did disclose that the postage would not be covered by them, but their website does state they are located in New York, USA. I connected with customer service to verify their sizing and based on that I ordered the accurate sizes. I ordered 3 pairs of pants and 2 blouses. The total order was $442. When theh package arrived I was disappointed by the terrible quality of the fabric but in addition every item was too big and not well made. Everything looked cheap. In order to generate/request a refund you have to email customer service, which I did. After a few attempts to get me to keep the items for a partial refund the representative I was communicating with gave me the address to which I could send the package. It is located in BERLIN, GERMANY!!! The postage cost me $89,00, (the least expensive option). Had they disclosed the details of their location as a warning on their site, I would not have ordered from them.....Please be wary of this company.

If I could leave negative stars I would!! Their items are cheap and totally wrong sizes!! They will string you along for months lying about you getting a refund! It will never come trust me! I’ve been waiting 4 months and they keep lying about it. Terrible company! Total scam!!

Do not buy. Agree is zero star was available that would be my rating. A complete scam. When product finally arrived , the quality was shameful. Ordered a small dress and received something other yet the tab was removed. Returning for full refund impossible. We’ll see if they actually provide partial refund. Learned my lesson, review companies before ordering. They should be removed and shut down. Shameful!
