Do not buy from this company. Their products are cheap, ill fitting and do not look like depicted on the website. Mine arrived with brand and care tags cut out of them. Return promise is garbage. You will have to ship them to Germany at your expense. Total rip off!

My order took 5 weeks, the quality is inferior and they won't give me the information to return. they are obviously a scam and everyone should know.

WARNING: DO NOT BUY!!!!! If ZERO stars were an option, this would be it. Actual clothing looks nothing like online. Cheap and cheaper. Returned and was promised a partial refund. That was 3 months ago! Someone named “Julia” keeps a generic apology aka “your bank is processing the payment” reply email going to any inquiry of it. The company is horrible. Shop elsewhere.

Terrible. I cancelled my order immediately after purchasing as I stupidly read reviews after placing it. Despite sending cancellation they still proceeded to take money a few days later, and yes ime getting emails from Julia saying refund is in the way. Which is a total lie. Total scam of a company, wish I had read reviews first.

I wish that I had read these reviews before I placed an order. Bottom line is that it is a total scam. The delivery took over a month and when it arrived, the items were nothing like depicted on the website - quality was cheap and nasty. I requested a refund and was instructed to ship the items back to an address in Sarasota FL at my own expense. This was after I had been offered the “opportunity” to keep the items and get a 30 percent refund. The package was delivered by tracked USPS on July 17 and as of today (and 23 pages of email correspondence later) I have not received the refund. I have disputed the charge with PayPal but they were of no help at all so I have resigned myself to the fact that I will never get my $160 back. Hope this is a cautionary tale for anyone considering a purchase from Havery Ridge - it’s a guaranteed way to be parted with your money.

I waited 2 months to get my original order. When it came, one of the items was the wrong size and color and the quality was horrible in both items….cheaply made, no labels at all. I contacted customer service and they gave me 3 options: 1) sending me the right item which I didn’t want due to the poor quality and time it took to get my order 2) get a 40% refund automatically or3) send my items to some bogus address in Spain at my expense. I decided to have them send me the right item and waited 2 more months and got the wrong item again. Then I requested a refund and instead got another order of the wrong item and size! I then requested my 40% refund and have waited 2 months now, constantly being assured by “Julia” that the refund is in process and will be finalized “very soon” by her “manager”. Still waiting. This company is a scam…do NOT order from them!

I would not even give this one star if I could. I am awaiting my refund of 120 euros gor over 5 weeks. Appalling customer service, they ate liars and scammers

This has been a VERY bad experience, where I've lost a lot of money. I purchased two "linen" items for $150+ and after they arrived (weeks later), I found the items were a really cheap material (rayon/polyester-like), and the tags were cut off both of them, and they smelled like an old woman's perfume. The package showed it had shipped from Chino, California but when i tried to return for a refund, they would only provide a Germany return address which was $75 to return (my local post office gave me this quote and it was for the lowest shipping method possible, just a medium sized padded envelope- I'm in the US). The company would not offer any other return shipping addresses so now I at a loss. This experience has been terrible and hopefully they get put out of business soon for false advertising and horrid customer service. It seems to be a bunch of scammers who have no regard for doing anything useful in the world, only looking to make a quick dollar.

I had purchased a shirt over 2 1/2 months ago and didn’t realize the difference between the Canadian and US dollars so as soon as I noted, I sent an email requesting a refund and not to ship me the product since that date I’ve been reaching out on a weekly basis on an email requesting a solution and I keep getting the same comment that we’re working on it. It’s a personal priority and will be right back to you. I am 100% being played extremely disappointed. I’m not sure what kind of POS system they are working on that they can’t simply credit the charge so now I’m out $130. I do not have a shirt nor do I have an ETA and when they’re going be able to address my problem, future buyers beware.

In June 2025 I bought a so-called linen jacket, which was not linen and was not the color as pictured. They offered to return it, but return it to Spain! Or, I could exchange by simply paying a shipping fee
Why would I invest any more money in a company that is not selling what they are picturing They offered to give me a partial refund if I kept the piece I negotiated up to 50% because that’s the value of what they charged for this piece of cloth that I’ve since donated.

I wrote my 41st email back to them in a different wording and the response was that “ it’s frustrating waiting for a shipment and comments about shipping from overseas, etc.”

I responded to that with, put me in touch with a human. I’m not the only one having these issues, it seems I’ve looked at comments in their ads in Facebook and Instagram With warnings and ratings on trust pilot.

Every time I emailed them about returning the blouse I ordered I received a different deal - they'll send me another and I keep the one I have, you can keep it and we'll refund you 40% and then it was 25%...on and on. Really strange. And on Instagram they advertise that the store is closing after a long run and everything must go but that doesn't seem to be the case. Seems more like a scam to me.

Before I purchased a coat, I sent them an email asking if it was lined. No response. I purchased anyway, and then I never received it. I emailed again and they remedied the situation and sent me another.

This company is a complete scam. Received clothing that did not match my order in size, nor in fabric, and with all the tags cut out of the clothes.
Customer Service is refusing a refund, and wants to charge me to return the clothing to Germany. The clothing delivery originated in China?

A very frustrating and dissappointing experience. I have not read reviews...my lesson for next time. I received two items which were much lower quality than described and photo-ed, and wrong sizes. I returned them...to New York. And I am still waiting for my refund back for the past 40 days. I am trying to reach out to Paypal, but, they also have a window of 30 days...very unclear to what the 30 days refer to.

What a complete scam!! If you want to return an item, you have to mail it to Germany!! They ask you if you'd like a 25% return of your money if mailing it is too much of a hassle. This company advertises on Instagram so don't buy their clothes. They are the cheapest crap and the sizes are so completely off!! The jacket I bought for $100 wouldn't even sell at Wal Mart.

I ordered two jackets a month ago. One came last week which was pure rubbish. I wouldn't even put it on a scarecrow. No answer as to when the other one is due.
No apologies, no offer of a refund. Atrocious, avoid like a plague.
