I love my jacket. My experience with these guys was great. We all know that most things on the internet are too good to be true for the price. Right from the beginning you could tell these people were different from all the measurements they asked for. The jacket arrived on time and is brilliant quality. In fact people ask me where I got it. Well done Hawk and Bull people

From start to finish my experience was excellent, I got the coat I wanted, and the fit was perfect, made to a high standard, and I was kept updated throughout the process.

As the coat was made to measure / tailored, it took around 10 days from ordering to delivery, which seemed perfectly acceptable to me!

From start to finish, my experience with Hawk & Bull was exceptional. After submitting my measurements, I was gently encouraged to double‑check a couple that looked irregular — a thoughtful touch that immediately reassured me I was dealing with true professionals who genuinely care about getting things right.

While my made‑to‑measure jacket was being crafted and delivered, I received wonderfully helpful updates from Ahmed, whose communication was consistently clear, friendly and reassuring. It made the whole process feel personal and enjoyable.

When the jacket arrived, it was absolutely perfect. The quality of the leather, the fit, and the exquisite attention to detail were all outstanding. It’s a rare thing these days to receive a garment that exceeds expectations in every respect.

What impressed me just as much was the after‑sales engagement. Ahmed checked in to make sure everything was perfect — a level of care that speaks volumes about Hawk & Bull’s commitment to their customers.

My only failing was not responding with my feedback as quickly as I should have. I hope Ahmed will forgive this small indiscretion. The service was superb, and the jacket is exceptional.

I ordered a trucker leather jacket. It looked so cool in the AI video on the item page on the website. It arrived ( early !! ) and I was delighted. Looks exactly the same as in the video. Fits perfectly as a made to measure item. Great quality.

If you live in the US, make sure that they put the zipper on the right side of the jacket before production. No one informed me from Hawk and Bull that the jacket is made in Pakistan and they put the zipper on the left side of the jacket. Once that happens it's impossible to move the zipper to the right side of the jacket because is the style. You would have to return it and they would have to make a brand new on. So beware of this big detail. Other than that the jacket is beautiful

I ordered a peacoat from these guys and I wasn’t impressed at all. When the coat arrived it was nothing like I expected. The coat was like wearing a piece of cheap carpet. I finally managed to return the jacket at my own cost because this company doesn’t offer free returns. They also deducted a £14 processing fee. The customer service is rubbish too, I feel scammed! Buyer beware!

I have ordered 3 jackets so far from Hawk & Bull and the jackets are really great quality, soft leather, and the brand went as far as to request my measurements to further improve the fit. That is really outstanding. Thank You H&B team and Ahmed for doing such a great job for us.

The experience was not very smooth initially with some mistakes made in my order (wrong overcoat design to wrong fit) but ultimately they owned up to it and fixed the problem.
The quality of the overcoats is excellent (but noticed some variability in the quality of the wool so you have to sp2cify the kind of wool you want) and the customer service is beyond excellent. After recieving a wrong fit i recieved a new remake completely free with corrected fit adjustments.

I found Hawk & Bull on Instagram. Buying something online is always hit or miss. This was clearly a miss. While the jacket I ordered looked good on their site, what I received was not what I had hoped for. First off, the jacket was not leather. I am not sure what it's made of, maybe vinal, but it is definitely not leather. Also, the jacket is exceptionally thin. It fit pretty well (they have you measure yourself, that worked OK) but the thin material made the jacket feel cheaply made. However, the price was not cheap ($350.00 US plus an additional import fee). I followed up with the company, and they suggested I send them a photo of the jacket. I am not sure how that would help me though. I ordered and paid for a leather jacket and got a vinal one. Not a great experience.

They shipped my order within the time frame I needed. Everything came swiftly and the package was protected with a plastic cover so it didn't get wet. I love the suit I got and I would love to order from this company again in the future!

The field jacket in chocolate suede came last week. At first, I was a bit skeptical at having something made without a tailor in the room taking my measurements. But Ahmed, the representative that went the distance throughout the entire process, assured me all would be fine.
I'm writing to tell you it was far better than fine, it 's absolutely perfect.
Ahmed sent diagrams of the measurements he needed, and I sent them back to him, and the work began.
This is no " off the rack" piece of clothing. It's a handmade work of art made just for you.

Excellent service. Love that the jacket was made to measure and fit perfectly. Beautiful soft leather and colour is gorgeous.

I had them make my suit for my wedding. It was a great experience with great communication and the suit looks very nice and of quality material.

The coat is very beautiful and made really to my body with exceptional materials. I would rate this 4.8 if I could, but I can’t so I’ll give them a five. It was a little bit of a delay towards the end of the manufacturing process otherwise all good.
