I placed a second order 10/11/25 they sent parcel through parcel2go which then went to Evri, never received seems courier stole my vapes so told company they then sent another one out once again I didn’t receive, but towards the process manager then called me & promised to send through DPD which manager promised it will be picked up by DPD Friday morning 28/11 , now is Monday 1/12 so didn’t receive sat as promised but never came today either I’m extremely disappointed as been in severe pain since 10/11 I have requested proof it was sent out as normally I would receive an email through DPD , but still not received proof it was sent out this is a complete joke extremely disappointed in the service I have received I did request it be sent through Royal Mail but that didn’t happen either so 20 days later no Cbd vapes arrived

Got my vapes few days after order 1st order 1 didnt work messaged them had no reply tried calling cant get through ordered again by my mistake got vapes but was all the same wont be ordering from there again as have found another vape shop in Manchester that I will be going to so I can speak to some1 face to face & if I have any problems I will be able to go bk to, vapoholics Manchester

Order arrived in the Netherlands after 20 days. I am very happy, but the customer service needs to be better because I was waiting for my order and thought they ditched me and they wouldn't respond back, if I had received a response to wait longer I would've been happier. But the order arrived and that's amazing.

I tried the Haze CBD drops and it really worked out for my back pain. After 2 weeks I had a good sleep.

I love the vapes from haze, they are super easy to use and take out and about with you and the flavours are impeccable. The guys there are also super helpful with any questions answered. I recently ran into a minor issue and they resolved it in less then 24hrs. Amazing!

I placed an order 6 days ago labelled "2-day delivery" and haven't have any emails of dispatch since. the contact phone numbers aren't real, and the sales email doesn't respond, and you can't even register a regular account with them. I'm unsure if it is a scam as I read someone waited 10 days and received their product. If this review isn't updated in 7 days, it's definitely not a trusted site.

Although did arrive after 10 days if only they replied emails no longer think they are scammers as now got what seems like very nice product
