Avoid this 'company'. They are NOT Irish and neither do they honour their 30 day full refund returns guarantee. I have been emailing them every day since I received the most monstrous dress I have ever laid eyes on. It bore no resemblance to the dress I thought I was ordering and could only be described as a misshapen circus tent. I wouldn't even hang it in my wardrobe for fear it would contaminate everything else hanging there. The dress is only fit for the bin and sadly the 60 euros I paid for it is long gone to these con artists and scammers. The dress arrived in a clear plastic bag with absolutely nothing else...no return address or information of any type. I cannot believe that they are allowed to continue trading online? Banks should be aware of these scam operators and block payments to them. There must be some way of protecting consumers from fradulent operators like Hazel and Orlaith Kerry...no sign of Kerry anywhere I'm afraid...just a weird address in the U.S. with shockingly poor quality items that, quite frankly, would be an insult to my bin to place in!

This website is a scam. Totally not a boutique in county Kerry. Dress not at all like the picture is of terrible quality. I should have checked the reviews. Can’t contact them to return.

Ordered a dress so angry as I saw one review - thought oh an Irish site don't be fooled biggest scam ever .. No follow up for returns - the "dress" I got was so badly made it's actually funny 🫣😵‍💫costly lesson but as they say be very aware of something that seems too good to be true . Keep well away from this company. They tell you easy return download a form & send back well I don't know where or how you can do that as they don't respond to emails ..

I’m so mad with myself for not checking the reviews first - I became wary when my package was almost 3 weeks arriving from the date I ordered . The jumper I ordered is nothing like the one on the website !! Way too big and poor quality !
I tried to access their Return procedure but can’t find anything - My advice is Not To Order from this website !

This is a scam. They purport to being a Kerry company. They are a crappy Chinese company, producing the lowest quality of goods (Plastic shoes , not leather as advertised). If I could rate it with minus zero stars I would. I strongly recommend that you do not consider placing an order with Hazel and Orlaith as it is a complete rip-off.

SCAM do not purchase from this misleading website. It is a fraudulent website, you will receive cheap printed material that looks a little like the picture but its just a printed copy on cheap material. Total scam.

Absolutely shocking product from this place do not ordered orthopaedic converse style runners delivered weeks later cheap light canvas TEMU style no box not laces all crushed in plastic bag this can’t be from a Irish shop

I should have read the reviews before ordering. Shop is a scam. No such shop in Kerry. You wait weeks to get your order. Dress arrived and was absolutely nothing to what was described, crumpled, no tags, lots of dog hairs and dirt all over it, bag it was in was a recycled Shein bag. Have contacted my bank and raised a dispute so fingers crossed.

This company is not based in Kerry and the lead times are long. Still waiting for an order from China.

What a rubbish company, wrong colour item,trying to make contact with customer care 3 times with no response

Very disappointed with the company. The dress i ordered took ages to arrive. It's different to want i expected. Still trying to return it, sent numerous emails and still no response. Didn't realise it was American company. Don't order anything from them.

Website is very misleading, thought this was an Irish supplier.

Received order, sizing is wrong & quality is poor. Trying to return for a refund, have sent 7 messages via their customer services and still haven’t received a reply!

I have read all the reviews and I have been conned too. I have written an email every day for 9 days requesting my order to be stopped. Not one reply. I called my bank within hours requesting they stop the payment but they said they couldn't. I have to wait 15 days to file dispute with the company which I will do. I m determined Hazel and Orlaith Kerry will not be able to get away with deception. This has happened to me before. Why can't these fraudsters be stopped selling goods that don't match their photo or description its fraud and a criminal act.

Absolute scammers. Do not order from this website.

Got my order after after about 10 days, with no return details. I have emailed their support several times and no reply. Dress nothing like advertised & doesn't fit properly. Also poor quality material.

Terrible. I was sold shoes that I thought were from an Irish company. Lies. Goods took about a month to come and were cheap crap. I tried to send them back and was told that I had to cover shipping and customs costs and return to china. Beware this place is a scam.
